Beautiful Condo!

Our trip was wonderful! I took my wife to celebrate her birthday...she loved it! The unit was the perfect set-up for our quick trip. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay. The condo is exactly as described. It was clean and spacious for our family. Host was very easy to communicate with. We had an issue with check in and she was kind enough to give us a late checkout. Would definetly recommend this place!

Great unit at the Fontainebleau Resort

We try to book this unit whenever we come to the resort. My family enjoys the spacious unit in a relatively quiet location and just steps away from the pool.

Great View/Peaceful Room Location

Karen was very nice and accommodating. The room looks like the pictures and the view from the back patio is stunning (Pool and Ocean background). The entire Fontainebleau experience was great. The location is perfect as well. We were 5-10min from South Beach (depending on traffic), LIV nightclub is in the main lobby of the Fontainebleau, the Private Yachts to rent are within walking distance (which was perfect for my husband and I). I would definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend Karen!

Sweet Escape

The property was very clean and put together when we arrived. Absolutely love having the private pool on this level to go out to. The place is amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. Karen was very easy to communicate with and the process for checking in and out was very easy.

Great stay

Spacious, clean unit, exactly as described with very responsive host. Located at end of hallway so quieter and access to the hotel amenities that the unit provides is great with multiple pools (with one of the quietest pools on the property located outside the room), large fitness center, spa, and easy access to ocean and walking path. Will definitely return!

Wonderful Time!

Overall we had a great stay. The room was located in the quieter Sorrento tower, which our family enjoyed, yet we still had easy access to the multiple pools, took advantage of the athletic/spa facilities as well as the boardwalk and beach just outside of the resort. The owner was very responsive to our needs, and we do plan to return to this particular unit next time we visit. Highly recommend!

Great property at a great location

The apartment is as described. Spacious, fully equipped, clean and well-maintained, in a great location at the Fontainebleau resort, plus it is on the floor with easy access to "inside" pool, for tower building tenants only. We loved the place. Thank you!

The stay was very disappointing

We were very disappointed with our overall experience. The room was not clean. The overalll condition of the apartment was very worn down and very unkept. For the price we paid we expected a much higher scale stay felt like a 3 star level of experience

The best value in Miami Beach

Such a fantastic time!! Worth every penny. We had a private pool in our tower (Serrento tower), five or six great pools thru out the resort. Poolside service will awesome. We will be going back.

Great property with a little wear and tear beginning to show

Overall really good experience. Fontainebleau is a great property with many dining options on site, pools, beach, spa, and a lot of activity. Unit was good value. Little wear and tear on some furniture and the owner has chosen to replace the original balcony furniture with folding chairs, but overall just like staying in the hotel. Comes with access to the FB spa, owner pool, FB pools and beach chairs. Cleaning every other day for a fee.

Although the Fontainebleau is a hopping place, this well-appointed apartment is very quiet. Karen was a gracious host.

Enjoyed my stay and owner communication skills.

We enjoyed our stay in this rental property. I was in communication with the owner (Karen) and she was thorough and prompt. The request made to the hotel wasn’t as responsive…we checked out today and still waiting on the iron😢 and the running toilet😳 one recommendation would be for a few cooking pots and baking pans. Great kitchen but couldn’t really use the stove unless I went out to buy cookware. Anyway at the end of the day I rate it a 5 and we had a ball and would return to that property! Do you give discounts for returning customer?:)

AC unit did not cool, washer/dryer did not work housekeeping was horrible! Patio door not operable

This was the worst experience at such a prestigious hotel! Too much money spent for the horrible customer service.

KAREN IS A SCAMMER AND A FRAUD

I thought this was going to be an amazing stay but Karen turned this into an absolute nightmare! After checking out I was contacted by Karen indicating we left left the room in poor condition. Unsure what she was talking about I asked because in fact before leaving I placed dishes in the dishwasher to be cleaned, bagged and placed all trash in one area (there is no designated area to throw your trash) washed a load of towels (which btw I purchased the laundry soap), cleaned out the refrigerator and wiped down all the counters. Another thing she mentioned was we checked out at 1:27pm and had “proof” I admitted to the late checkout but honestly didn’t think it was a big deal since I spoke to the cleaning person. Karen then indicated she submitted the photos to the claims department and has proof of damages. Upon checking my email I found this list of items she is claiming and it’s completely absurd! 3 balcony chairs (replacement) - $$$$ Light Fixtures (theft) - $$$$ Carpet Blood Stains (replacement) - $$$$ Sink Cracked (replacement) - $$$$ Glass Table Damage (replacement) - $$$$ Appalled, I proceeded to ask for the photos and advised her this was completely false! We barely used the balcony because the door to the patio from the living room area was jammed and discouraged us from going out there. She claims this was totally renovated but upon checkin I noticed the rug was dingy, I was not going to complain. (After all we were only using this place to sleep and get ready) She then indicated the “supervisor” does a walkthrough before checkin. So I asked her for the checklist they use as well as any photos they took prior to our stay. I let her know I have photo proof as well that the items in this place are not new and they are dated and time stamped from the day we checked in. Advised I would be disputing the claim. After this she stopped responding. I contacted the claims department and advised them of the dispute. Karen requires you to purchase the protection plan to book, thinking nothing of it of course we didn’t mind. So regardless this is NOT coming out of my pocket but I am here to warn everyone of how inappropriate this is! Karen is taking advantage of the system and conducting fraud! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LADY! Lucky for me I have photos and video so go ahead Karen, proceed with your bogus claim but I’m not going down without a fight! You should have looked into investigating the people checking the room at checkin!
