Casa Del Mar II tiene dos piscinas para sus huéspedes muy cerca del apartamento. El apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en todas las salas de estar. pasos cortos de la playa de apt ,. terraza y corto paseo de estacionamiento designado. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, aire acondicionado, TV y DVD, ventilador de techo y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama litera, parte inferior de tamaño completo y de tamaño doble en la parte superior y una cama doble supletoria, también con TV y DVD. Baño en la sala. Living y comedor asientos para 6 personas. Cocina totalmente equipada.

Maria’s place was great and she was accessible for any questions. It was fully equipped for everything we needed, including plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. It is a 30 second walk to the beach, which was very private and quiet. There is a nice patio for outdoor dining. We also drove 15 min to Luquillo beach for calmer water and the kiosks. There is a convenience store about 5 min away and grocery stores nearby. San Juan and the airport are 30-45 min away. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our purposes with a family of 4. We’d like to return!

Maria’s condo was a great 4-day getaway for our family of four! Our granddaughter determined our morning schedule - breakfast on the patio, a swim in the nice size pools, followed by the beach. The beautiful and semi-private beach was steps away and the beach chairs, sand toys, and plentiful beach towels that Maria provided made it so easy. The condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable and Maria went out of her way to get us a porto crib and booster seat. The kitchen is very well equipped. It would be helpful to have detergent tablets and basic cooking provisions (oil, condiments, spices) to make it perfect. Maria was very accessible and quickly responded to all our queries. We already miss the sound of the coqui in the evening and hope to return!

Attention to Detail

The property had many things others do not. Beach chairs, outside eating area, easy and very close beach access, two pools, a blender, a cooler, and other stuff, I can’t remember it all! We felt very safe, it’s Inside a gated security area. There aren’t a lot of people around, at least in January. We hope to return.

Great get-away

The beach is a perfect gem! We visited several beaches but always preferred to come back and spend more time on this quiet and clean beach. The waves were just enough for the kids to boogie board a little, but easy enough to just let them walk out and splash around. Some days we had the whole beach to ourselves! The condo was very nice, clean, and well-supplied. There are close food marts and restaurants, and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Loved it!

The location could not have been better. The beach was right there and it was gorgeous and practically private. Maria was so great at communication. The only thing I wanted that we didn't have was some dishwasher detergent :). I would totally stay here again. It was close to so many activities we did, Culebra, Las Playas, El yunque. Loved grilling on the patio for dinner every night. Everything was comfortable and clean. So family friendly. The complex and grounds we so well maintained. I loved that we could walk for a really long distance on the beach! It was perfect. highly recommend.

My family lived the location and access to the beach. Great place for a family vacation, 30 minutes from Ceiba for a trip to Flamenco Beach on Culebra. 30 minutes to San Juan. Great place and perfect location.

The beach was wonderful ie, not crowded, relatively clean, warm water, very little sea weeds, area to wash off before returning to apartments, etc. The apartment was comfortable. Some exploring was required to locate restaurants and local cuisine.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. Maria was easy to get a hold of when I had questions. Pros: short walk to beach, beach is never crowded; loved walking the beach and finding sand dollars; patio with water hose to rinse off, beach chairs and towels provided, comfortable bed, washer and dryer. Cons: communication on first day with security at the gate was difficult due to language barrier but we finally got in and once you have your pass the process is not a problem; the master bath ( the only one we used) shower was very hard to regulate temperature and water pressure not the best; bathroom had pile of hair behind door and base of toilet dirty but overall the place was very well kept (I’m just picky about bathrooms); water at the beach only 6inch visibility (cloudy from the sand being stirred up from the waves) there was a hurricane south of us so that could have been to blame. Overall I think we made a great decision in picking this place to stay. Very safe, quiet, and comfortable.

Very convenient!

This condo was very conveniently located to be able to do many outdoor activities, including the rainforest, bioluminescence kayaking, Vierjes, old San Juan and the forts. What’s especially nice is that you are steps away from a very beautiful beach that wasn’t at all crowded and was very clean. There were multiple very good restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The condo was fully stocked in the kitchen, as well as with beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and other beach toys. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. We appreciated her quickly, addressing a refrigerator problem by getting a new one the same day. We had a fabulous time in Puerto Rico, and a lot of it had to do with this great place that we stayed in.

We really enjoyed staying there. The location is great, the apartment is 30 seconds away from the beach. It has everything you need on vacation. The owner is a very nice person, quick answer and always available. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at the condo! We loved the proximity to the beach! We went on morning and evening strolls every day. The condo was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We visited Luquillo Beach and El Yunque while there and it was super close to both. We noted that the condo is perfect for us to return to on another trip with our 5-year-old. Definitely recommend!

The grounds are meticulously maintained, the unit is very close to the beach and is the most clean unit I have ever stayed in while using Vrbo and others. Great, communicative hostess, good condo, bad luck.

Nice condo complex next to the beach and near two swimming pools. Condo was as listed and Maria an excellent hostess who was very responsive to questions. Clear instructions and easy enough check-in process. Renovation upstairs for 2-3 days had us having to leave the condo for the day due to the noise - bad luck and something that can happen in condo complexes. Also hot water was an issue at the property - at least for the showers, hence cannot give 5 stars. Probably all down to circumstance, but these things did impact our enjoyment.

Peaceful and relaxing

What an amazing place to stay! The unit is beautifully kept and decorated. The beds were comfortable and clean. And the A/C worked like a charm. What more can you ask for??? Oh— it’s also steps away from a semi-private beach! In fact, there was one evening when we were nearly alone watching the sunset. Simply gorgeous! The water was warm and clear and the beach was clean. The beach towels provided aren’t those cheap and threadbare towels I’ve gotten in other places, but full sized and fluffy. No need to pack any. There are also beach chairs provided. The community is gated and everyone was very friendly. There was a small hiccup on check-in but it was taken care of quickly. But, honestly, I’ve never had a smooth check-in process using short term rentals so maybe it’s just my bad luck. Overall, it was a fantastic and peaceful visit and I look forward to going back someday!

Perfect getaway

This was a great location--quiet, beautiful, close to the beach. We would definitely come back. The apartment was very well equipped--kitchen was the best stocked of any rental we have stayed in. Maria was responsive to our queries, but honestly we had no troubles at all during our magnificent stay at her place.

First Time Puerto Rico Not The Last

My first attempt at getting a VRBO rental in Puerto Rico turned into a cluster of false claims and misleading pictures. So I was somewhat reluctant to try again and I am so glad that I did. This property was everything it was advertised for clean, great location on a beautiful beach steps away from the sand and the pool. Maria was very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo was set up with everything we needed and we spent most of our time at the outdoor patio. She also had list of near by resturants and grocery stores which helped. The people in units next to us were very friendly. The only problems we had were directions, apparently Puerto Rico isn't real big on having posted street signs so finding locations proved to be tricky and you will need to drive very defensively. A local laughed and told us it easy to know who the tourists are since they are the only ones who use blinkers. We would stay here again.

We loved our time at Maria’s home which was steps from the beach. The condo was well equipped with beach chairs, blenders, gas grill and everything you’d need in the kitchen to cook dinner. The detailed check in and out book made it easy to find what we needed including list of restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions. The neighbors we did encounter were so welcoming and helpful but didn’t invade your space. My parents loved their morning walks to search for sand dollars. Maria was available to answer any questions we had. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. Wyndham Resort and Casino was a 5 minute drive. We have never felt more safe at a rental or resort than we did at this gated community.

The place has one of the greatest beach of the east of Puerto Rico. Very near Hotels, golf, marinas, restaurants, rainforest etc. We have plenty of wonderful entertainment around to enjoy.
