It`s just 5 minutes from the airport, on the beach, safe, walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, 24hr casinos, Walgreens, 10 minutes from Old San Juan and La Placita, 30 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest and the Bio Bay and a 5-minute walk to the most popular nightlife at El San Juan hotel.
This unit features an air conditioner in the bedroom and living room+ a cool bright atmosphere, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, free high-speed internet WiFi, 1 comfy hotel-style upholstered queen-size bed in the room, and one queen sized sofa in the living room, gated free covered parking, family-friendly swimming pool with direct beach access, fully equipped kitchen, iron, blow dryer, beach towels, all check-in essentials in bathroom, keyless entry locks, 24hr check-in, 24hr friendly security staff in the premises and elevator. A new hot water system was installed. Its 700+ square feet of living space comfortably accommodates groups of friends and family of up to 4 people.
The bathroom includes all the needed essentials for your first night`s stay - fresh bath towels for up to 4 people, a blow dryer, soap, an iron, and bath soap. The bathroom features an easy-access shower. The main living room faces the northeast where the ocean view and breeze will relax you while you lounge, watch tv or sleep on the couch. In front of the couch is a 32` smart TV. A glass-top dining table with 4 large sturdy chairs.

The clean functional kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, Brita water filtration pitcher, refrigerator, freezer, ice, cups, wine glasses, plates, dining utensils, can opener, and wine opener. Complimentary coffee is on us for your first morning in our beach apartment! As you enter the foyer, to your right, you will find 1 FOB to access the lobby and 1 beeper to park your rental car inside the condo premises. There is a washer/dryer on each even number floor by the pool elevator on the west side. Laundry cards are purchased in the lobby at $3 a load.
Our modern self-check-in system and instructions will allow you to get access at your convenience at any hour after 4 pm on check-in day. The main apt door features a keypad lock. A unique code will be set up for your party.
Free WiFi Netflix and Amazon Prime TV Covered assigned Parking on-premises. Swimming pool until 8 pm daily.

Safe to walk around, fun during the day and night, close to airport and family friendly. Tons of places to enjoy just walking distance.
Walking distance to Walgreens, Restaurants, Supermarket, casino, hotels, fast foods, public transportation, watersports, jet ski rentals, banana boat, parasailing and isla verde beach!
If you are visiting for 2-3 days, you will enjoy walking the area. It`s really safe to walk around to the beach, hotels, nightlife, restaurants, and more. You are most likely not going to need to rent a car. If you are staying for a few more days or if you are looking to explore the island, consider renting a car as taking taxis outside the San Juan area can be expensive. There is Uber available in P.R and taxis have flat rates within San Juan, no meters. Expect to pay around $12-$20 for each cab ride. If you rent a car, the place includes an assigned free parking spot so no need to struggle to find street parking. If you are renting more than one car, you can find parking in the plaza across the street for a daily flat rate.
You can grab a taxi or a bus just downstairs anytime to see the sights and explore. Beach chair rentals and watersports are just a few steps from the complex lobby on the beach in front. Car rentals are open 24hrs and also available on the main street behind the condo.
Local activities of Isla Verde and surroundings: Sunbathing Jetskiing Banana boat Parasailing Kitesurfing Surfing during winter months (Oct-April) Wakeboarding Fishing Dancing Clubbing Bar hopping Sightseeing old city (10 min drive) Shopping Gambling 24hr casinos. Guest(s) acknowledges that in case they refuse to leave the premises on the established check-out time and date, they will be prosecuted by the law under the `Ley de Hoteleros de 1995 de Puerto Rico` and further charges for trespassing private property will be applied. Guest(s) acknowledge that they will be liable for all costs including but not limited to legal procedures, administration fees, and other expenses, incurred by Capital Jetset, its representatives, buildings or communities, and property owners in case of a guest(s) required eviction.
Guest(s) shall not use, occupy, or permit the described premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied by third parties or for any unlawful, illegal, immoral, or hazardous purpose.
All guests are expected to be respectful of residents, personnel, neighbors, and all living creatures while staying at the property and building. We have zero-tolerance for disrespectful, rude, loud, or violent visitors. We have the right to cancel reservations that cause any threats, situations that disrupt the community`s well-being or involve the police. In these rare cases, guests will be escorted out of the property at the moment and no refunds will be granted.
MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS ALLOWED-The maximum occupancy in your apartment is stated on your reservation, no additional guests may stay overnight at risk of having your reservation canceled without a refund. Do not give door access codes or keys to strangers. The person booking is responsible for any damages, keep this in mind when allowing others to stay at the property.
EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. It is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before the agreed time. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.
LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.
CANCELLATION POLICY – Review the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.
SMOKING-This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes and hookas. Breaking this rule will result in a $300-$500 additional charge and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking. A smoke sensor installed in the unit notifies us of smoking inside the property. There are no exceptions to Cannabis even with a license. Incense and candles are also prohibited.
