Beautiful location, close to all the fun in Destin. The resort has plenty to offer. This condo is pad out well and was plenty of space for us, 4 people. 2 bed 2 bath was very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked. We did find it to have a musty smell that was strong even after we opened all doors to air it out. The rug in the living room was not vacuumed and the outdoor patio was not clean. The dishwasher did not work and I contacted the owner immediately upon discovery, and the owner never responded to me. Once we checked in ai did not hear anything back even after I sent a couple of messages.

Overall the space was accurate and aesthetically pleasing but there was a pretty bad musty odor that we could not get rid of. The dishwasher was not working and after multiple reports to property management as well through VRBO never got a response. I am not sure I would stay again because the odor was too much. The lack of response from property management I would not book with them again

The host was late and then wrong in his first answer giving us internet access. There was an inoperable electric outlet in a bathroom.Channel changers need to be replaced.Washer and dryer need maintenance to eliminate the loud squeaks.

The check in was seamless and the place was amazing. It really did have wonderful views and the resort itself was amazingly convenient. The coffee shop/bar downstairs was a life saver. The pool was really fun, too.We had some issues with the water heater during our stay and the owner was incredibly apologetic, communicative, and kept us updated the whole time. He and his team seemed like great bunch of honest people. I'd happily recommend this place or any others that this team manages.

The condo was nice and quiet, very comfortable beds. There were no extra blankets so you can't use the sleeper sofa, or add a blanket if the room gets too cool at night, so bring your own. I would definitely rent this condo again!

The apartment is good but the appliances were not working. The appliances are very old. The dishwasher’s panel is broken, the dryer isn’t operative. The housekeeping was prompt initially to help us but wouldn’t then either respond or pick up the maintenance requests later. The VRBO message host option works but do not expect any quick or 24 hr turn around time on your communication. The host has promised us a refund and I can come here back and update if we get it. This property is not suitable for long stays if the appliances are not updated. It is a real hassle when you are with kids. If you plan to stay keep aside some time to call the housekeeping and wait till they come and help you with the appliances and then get on with your sightseeing.

When I arrived it was nice but when entering living room and walked through I stepped on something sharp and picked it up and it was a humans tooth. It had sticky spots on dresser in one of rooms ,stains on couch shades didn’t close all the way and bathroom tub and sink in back would not drain good. My husband is a plumber and pulled out a lot of hair. The overall was good besides just needing to be cleaner and the tooth situation

Very friendly and easy. Restaurant and bar could use some serious help. Coley was very helpful.

We made dinner reservations for steak night. We showed up early and no one would wait on us. Very disappointed. Finally Coley saw us and helped us out would not recommend the stress. Also the music was so loud we could not visit

It was a great location. Overall the condo was very nice. They take 4pm check in VERY seriously. Slight hiccup that our key cards didn’t work on the condo door but they reset them at the front desk and no issues after that. Plenty of carts to unload our stuff. Condo itself was pretty good. The dishwasher did not work and I messaged about it but never heard anything. We just did dishes by hand or used disposable. The master bedroom balcony door did not actually lock. You could flip it up but the door still opened. Tried several times to close it tighter but never could get it to work. The doors are heavy so pretty sure our toddler would never be able to open them but we blocked it off with a chair to make sure. The floors were dirty and left the bottoms of your feet black. I did find a swifter in the closet but it was empty so no luck in cleaning it. We got food from the restaurant on site a few times and it was delicious. The pool is phenomenal and overall we had a great time. I would probably try a different unit next time we come back but definitely planning a return.

Horrible management and dirty apartment

This was the worst experience thru VRBO. The host was never responsive. No response on chat, messages or calls Our apartment was not cleaned, there was hair all over, sand on the floors and our feet’s were black after 30 minutes of walking in the apartment without shoes. There was blood on bedding sheets and dirty countertops . Smell was like not a clean air when you get in to the apartment After all complaints, the host never called to say anything or to do anything. We have a small baby that we had to hold in on our lap all our vacation because nobody even clean the apartment. They send someone after 2 days with a new sheets and they just leave it on dining table and left without changing the sheets or cleaning anything I feel bad that I can not update pictures from that apartment and to show to the others. Please take in consideration when deciding to choose this property. The worst management service!

Our vacation was absolutely amazing and we loved our room and the location and the kids had a blast at the pool and it was only a 5 min walk from the beach!! It was overall absolutely beautiful and amazing!!!
