Completely redone Palm Springs Oasis!
We just completely renovated this house. Every bathroom, the kitchen the floors, everything. A brand new Jacuzzi was installed. Everything is new to enjoy right in the heart of Palm Springs. It is four bedrooms (two with king size beds, one queen, one with 2 xl twin beds), three bathrooms. Spectacular view of the mountains! Mature citrus trees in the yard, and real grass to enjoy. BBQ and fire pit outside. House is in a cul-de-sac. So it is very quiet. It is in a quiet residential area. 2 car garage, open floor plan. Washer and dryer.
Daily stresses will quickly fade in the salt water pool or spa, tanning on the lounge chairs, or chatting around the fire. Watch your favorite shows or games on the 65 inch television. Catch up on much needed sleep on amazing beds. Enjoy a whole house filtered water system. Wake up to a delicious cup of coffee freshly brewed in the Keurig. No matter what your idea of enjoyment is, you can find it here!
*** Handrails installed for pool
*** CHILD SAFETY GATE IS AVAILABLE FOR AROUND THE POOL. Upon demand, it will be put up for your stay at no charge.
Heating the spa is included. If you'd like the pool heated it is an extra charge of $60 per day.
MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT THIS HOUSE.
PLEASE NOTE:
This is not a party house. 8 people max are permitted at the house at one time. 4 cars maximum may be parked.
