What a beautiful setting!

This is a lovely farmhouse, with nice views all that you'd need. Be aware that you need to be able to climb stairs. Very nice hosts

A warm farmhouse with a lovely setting

Set just across from the Great Sacandaga Lake, the farmhouse immediately welcomed us to make ourselves at home. With fun games like ticky-tock, chess, and cornhole available to our tweens, everyone was happy when we weren't at the lake's edge. Great stay!

Gorgeous Farmhouse on Great Sacandaga

We really enjoyed our stay and getaway from it all. Hours of kayaking, boating, hiking and simply relaxing in front of the fire lakeside. Such a beautiful home and lake! We had everything we needed for the week to relax in our home away from home. A perfect retreat for families and friends!! My only wish is the road wasn’t so close with motorcycle and commercial trailers all times of the day and night. While this is outside of the host control, without air conditioning when it’s warm it was a challenge to escape the noise.

A Wonderful Getaway…

Great lakefront farmhouse on quiet part of lake… Charming, cozy and so relaxing! The lakefront beach was just what we were looking for. A great place to stay! Be sure to visit the town of Northville while there, especially the Northville 5 & 10, the oldest in the country!

Annual summer stay at the lake!

Our family enjoyed yet another stay at the house this summer! It has become a tradition and we just adore the location (which is quiet, peaceful), the house itself is welcoming and well kept. Views of the lake are wonderful. We SO enjoy spending our days swimming to the dock, kayaking, having campfires by the water. It’s just such a truly relaxing time and we look forward to next year as soon as we pack the car and drive away!

Location, location, location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private lake access across the street was perfect for our family including the toddler. It gave us a great balance to lounge and also enjoy the water. Our toddler loved it. Whitney was beyond kind and very responsive throughout all of the interactions. The home was a beautiful lake home with everything you can need and then some! Great family home where we were able to create lifetime memories. Beyond appreciative! Already looking to visit again next summer!!!

Amazing Memorial Day weekend

We had a lovely time here. The space is great for a family, and the water access was great for kids with a shallow entrance to the water. Definitely recommend.

Quiet family retreat

Our family spent a nice quiet week. The lake was right across the road, great for swimming. The lake house was roomy with lots of views of the lake. Just what we needed to decompress and relax.

Great Property

This was a great property and we really enjoyed our stay here. Very relaxing location with a nice private beach that we enjoyed. The house was clean and well maintained and the communication with the owner was excellent.

Perfect lake getaway spot

We only stayed for 3 nights, but they were 3 relaxing nights. The house sits up and overlooks the lake that you have access to. We had a relaxing evening sitting fireside on at the lake, and then a day full of kayaking, canoeing and lounging lake side. The house was just what we were looking for. My only recommendation for visiting is to scope out meals and where to eat first, or plan on cooking. The kitchen is well equipped, so I would plan on cooking myself next time. Also, when getting directions from Waze from the house, to any location, it wants to take you UP the hill on Stone Road, and add 10 min to the trip. Just look at the map and get on North Shore road in the right direction to save yourself some time.

Superb family vacation again

My family and I have been staying here for the past 3 summers and we love it each year. The location is serene, beach access can not be beat. The house is charming and comfortable- the owners clearly but a lot of thought and love into improvements, decor and functionality. Truly a stellar place on the lake that our family loves going to!

Total Relaxation

This pet friendly place has everything you need to make you feel at home including an amazing lakeside spot. We spent most of our time by the water - TOTAL RELAXATION! Host was very responsive and friendly. Keeping this on our favorite list.

Family Vacation w/Dog

Fantastic farmhouse on a beautiful lake. House was clean and comfortable. Our kids loved all the provided games. There's a HUGE mudroom that we found very useful since we ran into quite a bit of rain. Very useful to have a fenced in yard for our dog. Owner was quick with communication and gave great recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Excellent again!

Had a wonderful stay in this quiet, lakeside farmhouse with our family. Right across from the lake with well maintained property and beautiful lake access. Our kids and dogs had a great time again. Excellent location, house and property are well cared for. We felt so at home staying here for the 2nd year in a row. Very responsible, friendly and professional owner. Looking forward to next years stay already!

Very nice vacation

We decided to stay close to home this summer and could not be happier with our stay at the house. Location was private, accessible to the lake, very dog and kid friendly. The entire property including waterfront area was maintained incredibly well. Excellent communication with the owner through the entire process. We will be making staying here a tradition!
