The location of this property was great! We also loved the size of the pool, the bedroom layout and the fact that it had a washer and dryer. It was perfect for our three kids. Some aspects were a little rough around the edges such as hand soap and towels to dry hands. Overall, it was great for a trip to the beach!

Was a quick walk over to the beach and they supplied everything we could need to enjoy the property and the beach. Plenty of space and the pool was nice as well. There was a kids pool which was a huge benefit for littles!

Great Location!

We loved the location. We could walk to a lot of places but nothing was too far in the car either. We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked! With some left over spices etc. We were disappointed that we had to buy our own kitchen soap though. Bring your own toiletries! There are some items provided but you won't want to use them for more than a quick handwash. The kiddie pool and adult pool were great and just a quick walk from the unit. The unit had a trailer full of beach stuff. This was mentioned in another review and is the reason we stayed here! It was so nice to have all of that accessible to us. Chairs, toys etc. The unit is a little more dated than the pictures make it look, not a big deal, but just a note. For traveling with a young child, this unit had its downfalls. There was no pack and play, we were told we could rent one but the price for that was outrageous - we ended up stopping at Walmart and buying one for $50. There was no tub drain stopper, making it a bit tough to bathe our child. Lastly there were some errors on the back end between Evolve and Vrbo which were frustrating!

Great condo close to beach and pool

We loved our stay at this condo. So close to the beach and lots of activities. Super comfortable and we loved the pool on site. Easy walk back to and forth to the condo. With a storm coming up, we had great communication with the owner and really appreciate him trying to accommodate if we needed to change our dates. The unit was immaculate and well appointed. For your beach needs there is a cart, chairs, and beach toys. Very comfortable beds and living room. We slept so well and made breakfast each morning. We also prepared lunch and enjoyed at the pool. Great live music a few blocks away and the restaurants are so close as well. If you get a chance go to Sprout Mamma. Wonderful food. And Rita's for an icee. Thank you for an awesome stay and we really hope to be back!

Vacation

The location was great, being bikable to most areas is really nice. The property that we were at, was very nice as well. The two things that need work is one, the beds are very hard. And two whomever cleans the property needs some work. We found men’s underwear in the drawer, trash under the guest room bed and the counters in the kitchen had dried food on them..

Cozy and Comfortable Stay

Great location, lovely decor, clean, cozy and comfortable. My family had a great time. Loved playing some of the board games, visiting the beach, and the community pool. Great communication by the owner. Thanks for everything!

Great Location!

We loved this condo and location! Family of six used every inch of this space. We ran the dishwasher and laundry everyday. We rented bikes and they were delivered to the bike rack in the parking lot. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning from Carolina Coffee and Crumb on Coligny circle. The trek to the beach was easy and we appreciated the chairs from the owner. After exploring the island we all agreed that this location was the best!! We will be back! ❤️

Stairs! ....Otherwise great place

The most important thing to mention I think is that this place is 2 stories. I looked back over the listing and still don't see it mentioned anywhere, nor are the stairs in any picture. It's a single, straight, carpeted staircase; no turns or spirals. For those who are older, or traveling with small children, this is very relevant. Maybe obvious by looking at the exterior pic but you'd think it would still be acknowledged inside the listing. Other than that the place is very nice, and has everything you need. The pool was nice (heated) and there was a smaller 1 ft deep kids pool also which was right out the back. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, and the access is directly across from the entrance so no need to walk down South Forest to get to it.

Great stay!

This was our first time staying across the road and it was great! A very easy walk to the beach!! We will definitely stay here again. Love the decor and comfort of the place. I gave it a 4 for cleanliness due to lack of attention to the corners. When we pay this much I expect it to be a bit more detailed. Overall, a very nice place to stay in HHII!!

Great Location

Our family of 4 stayed at the property mid July for a short stop-over in Hilton Head. The property was perfectly located a block from the beach, super convenient. The owner supplied beach chairs and umbrellas which was a huge bonus. The property itself was nicely kept and clean but did feel very much like staying in someone's private home (i.e., decor, tchotchkes galore). We chose the property because of the second bedroom with two beds which was great for our teenagers not having to share a bed. Parking, check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Great Getaway

Booking and getting into the condo was easy. Received the keypad code a few days before our trip with other key instructions. Condo had everything we needed! There were a few beach chairs and boogie boards. My phone had trouble keeping service, but could have only been my phone. The beach access was just across the street at the crosswalk. Coligny Plaza was a walk or scooter ride away. Great bike paths around the whole town. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay at this townhome. It was perfect size for our family of 5 and had everything we could need for a wonderful stay. This included beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen utensils/appliances and washer and dryer. The pool is right out the back door & the beach is a short 5 minute walk. We also enjoyed the 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for dinner/ice-cream on a few nights. I especially enjoyed the back patio with the bird feeder and bird bath. I spent many mornings & evenings out there with a book while watching the beautiful birds. If we ever make it back to Hilton Head, we won't hesitate to book here again. Thanks again for a perfect stay on the island!

Excellent Rental

We decided to rent this property for a last minute trip decision to Hilton Head Island in hopes of escaping the mid-western winter. Though the weather turned out to be cold and rainy, the property was exactly as posted. The kitchen provided plenty of supplies to cook ourselves instead of constantly eating out, and the beds were quite comfortable. The renter was very helpful and courteous if we had any issues or concerns. Highly recommend!

Excellent place

Did not have to communicate with property manger, hence the one star. But, we loved this condo, the location and the proximity to the beach and Coligny Plaza. It’s well maintained, updated and clean. They even have beach chairs and Umbrellas available. The only thing missing is a hair dryer so bring your own. We go to HHI often, and will book again if it’s available. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Property was clean and had small extras that made the stay better (laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc.). Easy beach access with a short walk. Would definitely stay again!
