Go shop nearby or stay here and enjoy the outdoor amenities and watch animals. Kids and pets are welcome! Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway or makes great accommodations for wedding parties, group get-a-ways, or family reunions. You will love it! Oaks Ranch is one for the memory books.

Note: We are located next to the beautiful Park-31 Wedding Venue. This means you may hear music or people noises during wedding events. Weddings are scheduled mostly during the weekends.

Perfect Place to Relax and Get Away

We choose this location because it was close to a wedding venue, but now we want to come back and enjoy a vacation here. Gorgeous home and beautiful outdoor space. Large living area and outdoor deck provide plenty of space to gather as a family. Comfy beds, all the amenities needed, and super responsive host. The kids loved the donkeys! Our stay was perfect and only wish we had more time there.

An awesome ranch in the Texas Hill Country.

We rented both houses,Oaks Ranch and Haven House. We had people from both sides of our family for a reunion and viewing the eclipse. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on eclipse day, but we enjoyed being together. Both houses were clean and spacious. They had everything that we needed. The kids really enjoyed the carrots to feed the donkeys. Also, making s'mores. The grounds were beautiful! We enjoyed watching the donkeys, cats, ducks and turtles. The fountain in the pond made sitting in one of the swings even more peaceful. If we're ever back in the area, we'd love to stay again!

Dec. 1 - 2 Stay

This property was very nice, very clean and had beautiful surroundings. We rented the house because my nephew was getting married at the wedding venue just down the road. It was very convenient to leave the wedding and travel a 100 yards back to our accomodations. If I could a couple of comments, we thought the towels could use some upgrading and the kerug plugged up while we were there. All in all, though, a great experience.

Perfect country getaway!

Home sweet home

We stayed at this property from a Wednesday-Saturday. The house was clean and just as pictured. Beautiful deck, cute ducks and a pond out back for fishing. There are donkeys on the property that are very friendly and love carrots. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful: cloudy, rainy, chilly which made for a muddy yard.

Great wedding weekend

Our stay during our son’s wedding @ Kendall Point was ideal. It was close to the venue, and was a lovely setting with the donkey and ducks.

We attended a wedding in the area near this house and this place was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and the grandchildren were enchanted with the kittens, geese and donkeys. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to do so again!

Incredible Stay

Paula and Joe were very communicative. The property and house are laid out great for a group with all ages. The donkeys roaming the property are a bonus for the kids. Separate fenced area for the dogs too. We will be back on our next hill country getaway.

Relaxing in Paradise

My family enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the animals...donkeys, horses, ducks and birds. The house was perfect for us. They provided all that we needed. Beautiful place that I called paradise.

Beautiful, serene property

Very comfortable house, built for vacationing. The hosts thought of everything. Beautiful country setting with the most adorable miniature donkeys running around begging for carrots- which the host left in the refrigerator for us! My husband fished for hours at the backyard pond, caught bass and bluegill. Great place, I was sad to leave. If you are not familiar with the hill country roads, please be very careful when driving at night. It is the country! Super dark at night. Overall a great vacation choice!

Hill Country Great Escape

Wonderful new build nestled amongst oaks in Texas hill country. This property has everything needed to relax and enjoy your stay. Large walk in shower and closet, all new appliances, and decor is rustic yet modern vibe. Open floor concept main living area. Outdoors you will be greeted by the sounds of water fountain in the pond along with the most adorable donkeys and horses and ducks. Fire pits and s’mores are included as well. Patio has has ample seating with wind chimes and gentle breezes to enjoy! The owners are very attentive to guests and easy to contact. Thankful for all the attention to details and generosity of our hosts. Great find and true gem for anyone wanting to get away from it all!

This house was perfect! It had all the comforts of home!

Joe and Paula are so nice and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and the house and property was just gorgeous! We all enjoyed the animals, especially the kids. We will most certainly be back.
