Beautiful Oceanfront Condo with Luxury Finishes!

Come enjoy this one of a kind beautifully renovated unit. Everything from the walls in is new. The kitchen has been opened up and features a custom island, pendant lighting, shaker style cabinetry, stone countertops, high end appliances and seating for four. The kitchen is fully-equipped to meet your family's cooking needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area with a large table for six.

The spacious living area is tastefully decorated with a beach contemporary sectional sofa and 2 chairs. In addition, a large Smart TV completes the room.

The Primary suite offers a king bed with sweeping ocean views. Down a private hallway you will enter the bathroom featuring a granite double vanity and an oversized custom-tiled walk-in shower with frameless glass.

The guest bedroom has two double beds, HDTV, and a bathroom has a granite double vanity and a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.

Hampton Place complex is immaculately kept and offers amenities such as a large pool area, including a lap pool, pavilion, fitness center, barbecue area with propane grills, children's pool, gazebo, and elevated sun deck.

Perfect vacation!

The property is beautiful. The interior colors and quality of materials makes you relax and begin to enjoy your time. At this location you can see the pools , work out center and beach all at once. We can’t wait to go back!

Hilton Head Condo

The view and resort property was great. The condo needs some work considering this was a “luxury property. Rugs were filthy, mattresses in the guest room needs replacing, bedside tables in the master bedroom had the cheap paper wood finish scratched off, and we were not able to connect to the internet. Called the property manager who said they would send someone but never heard back. Beautiful view, pool, sundeck and beach.

We are sorry to hear of the inconveniences you experienced while you are here, but are glad they were not enough to stop you from extending your stay in this property. We are happy to report that there have been replacement rugs installed and we are looking into the bedside tables and mattresses. Our records show that we did come and reset the wifi and it was operational upon our departure. Beautifully decorated, upscale touches everywhere you look and everything was impeccably clean! I’m a germaphobe so cleanliness is very important to me. The beds were incredibly comfortable (I think the mattresses were new) and the condo was very functional for the beach. We loved it and plan to come back!

There were only two issues that we had,That if corrected could have made our stay perfect. First, the mattresses I believe, are older and broken down and pretty uncomfortable. Second, the hot tub in our property didn’t work the whole week we were there. We love to sit in a hot tub in the evenings after a round of golf, and was not able to do that.

It was clean, bright and roomy. With that said, the drain in one shower/bath did not work and we could not give our grandson a bath. In the other bathroom there was no towel bar or TP holder. They were unattached and in the cabinet under the sink.

Disappointed with response

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was gorgeous. However, there was a leak coming from the a/c unit that we realized on out 2nd day. It took a few days for a solution which was a massive and loud dehumidifier in the middle of the condo. We seemed more concerned than Palmetto Dunes. This must have meant the floors had to be ripped up since the water was coming from underneath the floors. The fact that we had to keep reaching out for help is unacceptable. We also called to ask for his fans our first night since the description said all bedrooms came with them. They never came. We finally got one when my husband had to go to the front desk after a lack of response about the water and the floors and happened to ask again. The woman gave us the one she had at her desk. Again, unacceptable. We never heard from anyone to check in on us during our stay after all of this. Disappointing.

Odd arrangement of the condo overall, too much empty space. All beds need new mattresses, did not sleep well. Hampton Place overall is beautiful and meticulously maintained...which means there are blowers going pretty much non stop, if you are hearing sensitive or anything like that, this is not the place for you. Overall beautiful unit but needs more comfortable amenities.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had several complaints about the property we rented. The king size bed in the master bedroom was in bad shape, very uncomfortable. It needs to be replaces. We had a lot of trouble with the internet sevice in the unit. The main pool was being repaired during the first two weeks of our stay. We felt that we should have been informed about the repair, we called the front desk several times and they could not give updates on the status of the pool and when it would be ready for use. The hot tub needs to be made cleaner especially given the situation with covid.

Dear Michele, We are sorry to hear that you didn't like the mattress. The owners actually have just replaced it, so thank you for letting us know. As we are on an island, there are times when the WiFi service is not what you would expect on the mainland. The owners do pay for high speed, but in an oceanfront condo, with many devices connected, it can slow down. Unfortunately, we do not manage the grounds of any of the complexes. We ask the company that schedules and maintains the grounds, but we cannot tell you what we don't know. We have shared your concerns about the hot tub with the correct people, so hopefully, that will no longer be an issue. -Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort
