Ocean Dunes 405 es una villa en el cuarto piso con una de las vistas más increíbles del océano. Esta villa de dos dormitorios y dos baños tiene una cocina totalmente equipada. Su sala de estar y comedor se combinan con una puerta corrediza de vidrio que conduce al balcón con vista al océano. La ropa de cama ofrecería una cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar.

Ocean Dunes está ubicado en el extremo sur de la isla, a lo largo de South Forest Beach Drive y está a poca distancia a pie de Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes es una propiedad frente al mar que se encuentra a unos 70 metros del océano. Over 40 years staying at this location...feels like home

Towel change out mid week for ones of us that aren't timeshare holders.2. A mat that goes out to the harder area of sand at the beach. Soooo many of your timeshare holders are in their 70s...almost 80s...they need help getting out there. They are loyal to yall so help them out.3. Get ice machines. They aren't that expensive 4. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an incredible time at our stay in Hilton Head! The Ocean Dunes Villas were great! I was pleased with how clean it was upon arrival, as well as the complimentary laundry and dishwasher pods. I was going to provide feedback about the pool, but my mom mentioned she already had to someone in the office and the next day someone was out cleaning the pool. We did appreciate that! The pool I think does need to be cleaned a bit more often due to the amount of bugs and debris from the trees, but overall, it was fine. The only other feedback I have is for cleaning purposes. I think a vacuum in each condo would be more beneficial than a broom. With the amount of sand that gets in them, a vacuum would be so nice to have! We had such a fun time for our first experience in HH and we can't wait to come back!

( few items missing; pot holders, plug in bathtub not working, extra kitchen towels. Overall was a nice place to get away. There are ocean views from all windows and being and end corner unit made this very nice.The location to walk to shop & eat & bike/walking trails is perfect.

October 2023 Ocean Dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was fine. The room was on the north end of Ocean Dunes and the adjacent resort property had a soundtrack of predictable “beach” music playing constantly at a volume that you could hear inside our Ocean Dunes room. To slightly compound this, the soundtrack was repeated every day and every hour or two. I cannot imagine that residents of the adjacent resort liked it either. Finally, on the beach, someone from the adjacent resort to the south of OD set up very big speakers and blasted a variety of music on the beach itself. I asked Beach Patrol if that is allowed or if ordinances prohibited such things and they did not know. I love HHI and OD but really need to reconsider based on these things and fear they are the norm. Hope not.

The only thing that bothered us was the air conditioner. It is quite old. When the air conditioner ran it was nice. When it wasn’t running, it was as the cool was sucked out and was quite warm.

Family vacation

The view was amazing and location was great The cleanliness was lacking - snacks on the floor behind the nightstand, some dirty kitchen cooking utensils. The balcony had not been cleaned, full of sand. The kitchen appliances are updated and very nice. It would’ve been nice to have more than 1 washcloth/pp for an entire week and hope you don’t mind seeing an occasional palmetto bug 😳

The kitchen is simple with everything we needed for simple meal prep. The only negative aspect is the queen bed. It is one of the worst beds I've ever been in after traveling around the world for the past 20 years. It needs to be replaced with a higher quality bed and a king size.

Gorgeous views!

We had such a great stay at this condo. Just a short walk to the beach and pool, and spectacular views. Be sure to watch the sunrise from the balcony each morning! Things to be aware of: 1. There were no extra trash bags 2. There are no oven mits, so that makes it difficult if you’re using the oven 3. The light over the stove does not work 4. There were no dish clothes or sponges to wash dishes with

You're paying for the view - we would not stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have no complaints with the agency specifically. They were helpful with booking as well as our late arrival and early departure. Everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful. The rental itself was one of the most disappointing we've stayed in. We always choose condos around this price point and this was our worst experience. The view is perfect. That's what you're paying for. The condo was filthy. They hadn't even vacuumed under the very lightweight coffee table. My toddler immediately noticed a cracker and tried to eat it. When I looked, there were all sorts of things under there including toenails. Disgusting. The whole place was like this. Only the easy to clean places were clean. We found toenail clippings on the patio as well. The dishwasher smelled terrible. We had to run it twice on the hottest cycle before we could use it. The kitchen cabinets desperately need to be cleaned inside. The sheets had sand in them when we crawled into bed the first night. I'm hoping that was from being washed with other sandy sheets and it just didn't all come out. They did look like they had been changed at least. The master shower drain did not work so you were standing in a few inches of water by the time you were done. We found a cockroach on our second to last day so we just decided to leave early. To be fair to the agency, I did not call during the week because we have 2 small children and really didn't want to have to deal with cleaners or repairmen coming during our stay.

Location was great- in Coligny. Only 1 outdoor pool, smaller in size & no hot tub on premises. Unit has window air conditioners which are loud when running. Unit was not completely clean. Need to bring your own toilet paper & trash bags.

Won’t stay here again

The property was close to the beach and the balcony had a great view of the ocean! However, we were dissatisfied with the property itself. The building is very old and dirty and the room was dirty as well. Kitchen cabinets had stains that could have easily been cleaned and the dishwasher had a terrible odor that stunk up the kitchen when running. The wifi is terrible, the master bed is uncomfortable and the air conditioning units are unbelievably loud. Will not stay here again.

We rented for 7 days, hoping to cook because of food allergies and Covid. Not even salt & pepper. Mattresses were hard and creaky.Bathrooms so tight and small that only one person could be in there at a time. The building is outdated and smells of mold.

Hilton Head Ocean Dunes

The location is wonderful. I am sad to report the below: The condo is “tired”. Needs to be updated to match the wonderful view. The master bedroom shower did not drain. The sink in second bedroom did not drain. The kitchen was not well stocked. Lighting in bathrooms is very dim.The condo appeared clean but do not look under beds or in the closets.
