Over all the condo was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing that could make it a better stay is easier access to the balcony as both doors were very hard to open and the kitchen light was not working. Other that than this is a great place to book for your vacation!!

I travel frequently both personally and professionally and this has been the worst place I’ve been at. The temperature settings are locked and require you to contact Evolve who then has to contact the property management compay who the has to contact the owner. The furniture and decor is very low quality and has not been updated in years. The shower curtains are just curtains, not liners, there are no wheels on the dishwasher bottom rack so you literally have to pick it up to put it back in. Overall, just not a great experience at all. It seems this area has a lot of partyers so maybe that is the clientele who typically stays here, as was evident by the plastic beer pong cups on the counter when we arrived.

The stay was good. The internet and tv signal was a little weak and the cleanliness was a bit subpar. Seen some things left from past stays and the corners and floors could’ve been cleaned better but overall it was good stay.

Condo was very cozy

Very cute! Loved staying here. Only thing we didn’t like was there were some things that needed to be fixed and we had some noises neighbors. But pool was nice. Manager was awesome! Condo was very cozy! And we were close to everything. We definitely recommend staying here.

Good for golfing buddies, probably not a family. Couch was suspect, should be replaced. Hot water ran out after 2nd shower. Great location for golf

Everything was fine except the television wasn’t working properly

The place was nice & looked great. Our only issue was the tvs weren’t working properly in any of 2 the 2 bedroom or living room. I contacted someone & they came the next evening & after speaking with some they finally got 1 of the tvs in the bedroom to work properly as this took an hour & half of the evening.

Stay rating

A little disappointed with our stay. The washing machine was not draining and we needed to use it a few times for a baseball tournament and couldn’t and had to go to laundromat. Also a window was broken. Sent pictures so they could see what was wrong . But no response. Didn’t notice either until day 2-3 of our stay

TVs not working

The rooms were clean but there was lots of hair in the living room & also on the extra blankets in the closet. I tried contacting the email & phone listed for me but I didn’t get a call back until the evening. The living room tv wasn’t work nor was the master bedroom. Finally someone came & got the tv working but we didn’t have access to a working tv in the living room for our entire stay.

We contacted Spectrum to get a new remote, but unfortunately, their techs no longer come out for such issues and had to ship it instead. Contacted Winifred from In and Out cleaning about TV in living room not working. She said she would contact Spectrum and call me back in a few minutes. Never received a call back and tried to call her the next few days and call would always go to voice mail. We will not rent another condo where Her or In and Out cleaning is employed.

Disgusting

This looked like a clean and nice little place for my family and I to stay for a few days and enjoy myrtle beach. However, the condo was not cleaned very well. There was long black hair EVERYWHERE. The hair was in the floor (where my 10 month old was crawling), the couches, the beds, in the extra blankets, the towels, clumps of black hair on the patio. TOE NAIL clipping left on the patio. Stains all over the carpet in living room. Stains on the counters. I would never stay here or recommend it to a family member. Extremely disappointed. We ended up leaving earlier then expected.

Wasn't happy with the stay 😕

The neighborhood was great, location was great, and the property was nice. The condo was the issues. The condo didn't have enough towels or wash cloth. The bed in the master was hard worst night sleep ever. We experienced issues with the bathroom overflowing called maintenance and could not find the issue but it still overflowed every time it was used . The washing machine was mildew and would not spin well. I tried to wash the rugs since the toilet overflowed, it was a mess. No mop to mop the floor. The tv would not work correctly, luckily my son brought his Playstation because we was able to watch tv in the living room. The tv were very small in the bedrooms. We weren't satisfied at all and will not book again.

Great location…was easy to get to the beach and attractions around the area! Condo could use some updating but overall a very lovely place to stay!

Great Condo, Great Location

The location of this condo was great and included a pool just steps away from our door. It was close to lots of shops and short drive from the beach. Also, the neighborhood is great for those who like to take walks. The only feedback I would give and its not really even negative is that the couch in the living room is not all that comfortable. But, we didn't spend much time in the condo since were were out and about - so , no biggie for us. Also, be sure to wear your bracelets if going to the community pool. From time to time, a security person will walk around and ask to see them and if you don't have them, they'll ask you to leave the pool and get them.

This was a great vacation spot!

It wasn't walking distance from the beach, but it was a short drive. It was close to most everything we needed. The place was clean an in good order. We did have a small issue with cable and internet, but it was all worked out. We would definitely book here again.
