Amazing location with parking spot right outside your unit.
Walking distance to the best shops, restaurants, and galleries that Provincetown has to offer. Unit has a Queen size Murphy bed, small fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven along with use of the bbq grill out back. It has a bathtub/shower, rain head and hand held combo, Iron & board. Central heat and a/c. A covered porch area with two chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun. Also includes one parking space. Lots to do! Afternoon Tea at the Boatslip two minute walk. Beaches, whale watching, fishing, bike riding, trails and hiking. Plenty of things to fill your day with fun.

Nice location with a very short walk to all the activities. Well kept and great hosts who were very responsive and accommodating. 2nd time staying there and would recommend it if considering a stay of any length in Ptown!

Great location - just what we needed!

Fantastic property in the center of town! Not only did the amenities meet our needs, we were in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, with the ability to swing by, drop things off, pick things up, and change outfits throughout the day without going out of our way.

Excellent location!!!! The place was perfect and had everything we needed. We also throughly enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching people go by. Thank goodness for the parking space!!!!! All entertainment, food, shopping was all within a short walking distance. The place is small yet room for the 3 of us.

Perfect Place for a Weekend Getaway

I truly enjoyed my short stay and hopefully will be able to return next summer for a longer holiday. Very clean, quiet (even though on a busy street), and convenient. Just the right size for one or two travelers.

This rental is in a fantastic location with easy access to everything within walking distance. It is smaller so is best for one or two people at most.

Great Location!

We stayed for a week and the whole experience was great! It’s perfectly located—not directly on Commercial, but so very close to everything. Sue and Caron were great hosts and everything looked as it does in the photos. It was a snug little place but was perfect for the two of us. We would absolutely stay there again if we go there solo again!

Nice Provincetown Getaway

The location was great with short walks to most downtown locations. The unit was comfortable and efficient - and we had a front porch to relax on between excursions. Sue's communication and hospitality was top-notch. Thanks for a lovely time.

Perfect location and wonderful space

Walking distance to everything yet in a quiet location. This apartment offers everything you need for a short stay. The unit is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The hosts are totally accessible for questions and assistance. We wil definitely stay there next time we are in Ptown.

Perfect getaway

This property is perfect! It is centrally located, well appointed, just enough room for two, easy check in and reasonable price. Our host was responsive and friendly. No complaints. Will definitely consider again in the future!

Wonderful and Responsive Owners

The owners were very reponsive and accomodating. They allowed early checking as the property was clean and available. The property was exactly as advertised and is in an incredibly convenient location. Highly recommended.

Quaint little space in the perfect location!

Ptown for us is never about lounging around the house. So we really just needed a place to crash and store our stuff. We had two adults living here and it worked out perfectly. The space is small as you can tell from the photos, but they had everything you absolutely needed to make your stay comfortable. I would 100% book this VRBO again!

No regrets

I have stayed at some places where I walk in and think, this is not what I was expecting. It wasn’t the case here. A very comfortable place to stay close to Commercial Street and convenient to everything. The accommodations were just what we needed for a Labor Day weekend in Ptown! Gracious and accommodating hosts too!

Simply perfect!

The hosts have equipped their cute condo with modern amenities that beautifully suite the space. It was clean and inviting when we arrived. The location was wonderful, a short distance from coffee, tea dance, grocery store and the beach. The hosts were lovely, even adding an iron and ironing board when we inquired about one. Our stay at the condo was so enjoyable, we couldn’t have asked for better. We would most definitely stay here again. Thank you, ladies, for your hospitality and for helping to make our vacation so memorable.

Wonderful Week in Provincetown!

This was our second stay with Sue. The condo is in a great location -- one block from Commercial Street, The Boat Slip and a short walk to everything else! It was very clean and stocked with everything needed to make your stay very comfortable. A big bonus was your very own parking space!!!! Sue was the perfect host - excellent communication and easy check in. Also, we locked ourselves out and she was very understanding and helpful with our predicament. We will definitely book her condo next time we're in PTown. FIVE STARS!

Fantastic Studio Near the Heart of PTown

About the size of an average hotel room, this studio is much more. The bed was comfortable, and the power recliners were great. We felt right at home in this clean and well-appointed unit. Even better was the unit's location - located on Bradford, the unit was a block from the Boat Slip, pizza, bike rentals and shops. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location!

Property was conveniently located within walking distance of everything we needed. It checked all of our boxes as first time visitors in that it came with a parking spot and was in a fantastic location. It was a little loud at night being on a main road, but it was a great deal that fit within our budget. Would recommend for a couple looking for a good weekend trip!
