Welcome to the Schaefer Lakehouse! This is our second home that we have made available to others so you can enjoy the area as much as we do. This amazing lakefront property offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 covered decks, Wifi, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and huge boat dock with large swim platform to entertain the entire family and friends.

Main level features a fully stocked kitchen with walk out to the large covered deck including Bluetooth lighted speakers so you can listen to your favorite tunes while soaking in the amazing views of the lake. Main level also includes living area with TV with streaming capability, updated bathroom, and 2 bedrooms both with queen beds.
Head downstairs to an entertaining area with a wet bar and access to the 2nd covered deck! Lower level has a living area including a TV with firestick streaming capability, futon and couch, 1 full bathroom, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom has a queen bed, 1 bedroom has 2 bunk beds (1 is twin over twin and 1 is twin over full size mattress and sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults). This home sleeps 10 comfortably.

Want some fun in the sun? Head down the private boat dock with a 33 x 12 swim platform and large covered sitting area. Dock includes 6 lounge chairs, patio table/chairs, plus a 29ft x 10ft covered boat slip.

For your convenience, there is a gas grill, linens, towels, washer & dryer, free WIFI. Kitchen is stocked with spices, basic condiments, and coffee for the Cuisinart 14 cup coffee maker.

Four Season is just minutes from the house.
- The Strip - features many restaurants, shopping and entertainment(mini golf,
go-carts, and much more)
- Boat Rentals are nearby.
- Bring your fishing poles and enjoy fishing off the dock in our quiet cove.
- Shopping: Less than 15 minutes away from Osage Beach Outlet Mall

Please note that our home is intended for Families and Couples, it is not intended for large groups for parties. This house is NOT for groups looking to have loud rowdy parties - there is plenty of other places that will accommodate loud partying.
This house is in a residential subdivision and many of our neighbors live at the lake full time. We respect our neighbors and work hard to keep our property in prime condition.
