The luxury waterfront Apartment offers modern accommodation within the historic sandstone buildings of Hunter Street, with waterfront views of Hobart’s docks. The apartment is the essence of understated luxury with lots of natural light and an uncluttered design. Located on the 2nd floor with stair and lift access, boasting 2 luxury bedrooms, both with en-suite.

The views from the open plan living area are second to none, featuring the majestic hobart waterfront & picturesque Mount Wellington.

The apartment is made up of two large king size bedrooms with en-suites and a large open plan living/dining space with beautiful waterfront views. Wake up each morning to the gorgeous Hobart sunrise over Mt Wellington and pristine waterfront right on your doorstep.

The apartment is set up with all of your entertaining needs, should you choose to stay in - however you have all of Hobart’s best restaurants right on your doorstep!

Guests can access the apartment via lift or stairs.

Portacot available on request.

Bedroom configuration is two king beds, however one of these bedrooms can be split into single beds on request.

Lovely place!

Had a great stay at this gorgeous apartment! Even better than the photos and beautifully located. We had some construction works occurring next door during our stay, but Brierlie was very communicative and did what she could to minimize the disruption. Great spot!

Great location. Well set out but not all as described.

Great apt for 2 couples with own bathroom for each bedroom. Nice extra touches eg: umbrella for rainy days, tourist guide books to refer ideas, welcome pack, speaker system to play your music etc. Kitchen stocked well with cutlery & cooking tools. Could have done with more than 1 bath towel ea for a 5 night stay. Sadly there is no balcony or terrace even tho listed on description. Terrace belongs to apt on the level below. Not sure if host realises, but there IS a DVD player even tho before going, we asked host if one was available, and she'd said no. That was just plain annoying as I could have brought something with us instead of only having the streaming service to view. Overall, very pleased with the accomm, locale and host. Would recommend to others, and would return again. Thanks

Fabulous property

Lovely apartment, very spacious, comfortable and perfect for two couples with the layout having the two bedrooms at either end of the Apartment. Great couch for lazing on and very well equipped kitchen. Apartment was well secured and so close to everything on the waterfront. Can’t wait to stay there again.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the check in was easy, the goodies left for our enjoyment were unexpected and appreciated!! Highly recommend for a stay in Hobart.

For a short 2-day stay in Hobart it was perfect. Close to the harbour and lots of cafes etc nearby plus Salamanca markets. And the weather was kind to us as well. There was a slight problem with a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms but that’s all.

Property over a noisy pub, out of date food in fridge toaster full of crumbs

When booking, no mention of it been over a busy pub that drop bottled into a container all night. Out of date food in the fridge and cupboard Toaster dirty along with the coffee machine Only one set of towels per person for 8 days. Brierlie very attentive whilst booking with whisk response but when asked about towels we had no response, The property needs a deep clean

Gorgeous apartment in a fabulous location

This a lovely and generously sized two bedroom apartment with everything included for a relaxing stay. It was perfect for two couples. Communication was great and a minor issue was dealt with promptly and easily.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location

The apartment was beautiful, extremely clean, and provision of extras (tea, coffee, toilet paper, umbrella) was greatly appreciated. The location is brilliant - a casual stroll to the CBD, Salamanca and Battery Point. Highly recommended!

Wonderful comfortable accommodation in such a perfect location. Highly recommended

Right from beginning when making the booking, communication was excellent. Then once we arrived, the apartment is so beautifully presented and well appointed. Everything is in such great walking distance for all the key attractions and great restaurants etc. Great place for a nice relaxing holiday. Thank you - we will definitely be back.
