Amazing upgrades to this amazing home ! Added an 85 inch Samsung tv . Added phone chargers and Alexa’s in every room! All homes now upgraded to high speed fiber optics with 500 level speeds - around ten times the normal levels with a matrix mesh system on both levels to ensure optimum internet access and functionality . Nothing faster is available . A truly amazing experience in a home !

Beautiful brand new resort home built for Argus! Four king sized beds with four in room Bathrooms and a six kid bunk bed on the second floor that could hold even 8 possibly . Comfortable for a family of four but also Sleeps 14 easily!! Has a beautiful gally style pantry with natural lighting and a beautiful open floor plan with a large kitchen . This home is truly amazing and is fully loaded . Has a golf cart as well to use . Has a jacuzzi lighted tub with amazing jets . Has all 4K UHD TV’s - 2 are 65 inches and has a boosted wireless internet signal that beats anyone in the area . Has a home theater system too for amazing movie watching and two HTS chairs .
We have a Keurig with pods and a blender and waffle maker.

The main occupant and name on the credit card need to match . We accept children and pets.1/6.discounted

Our stay was fantastic. A few questions here and there to which the owner was more than prompt to answer and address. Property was fantastic and our stay was comfortable just like home. The only complaint I have is that we couldn’t stay longer. I probably was a very annoying tenant but felt like I was fast friends with owner from the moment we booked the house!

Lovely neighborhood. The unit is gorgeous and accommodating for a large family. Happy to have the golf cart to get to Baytowne. Parking 3 vehicles in the drivewaywas tight. Would recommend upgrading the bath towels to a better quality and matching sets to compliment the beautiful bathrooms. The pillows and sheets could stand an upgrade as well considering the price. Our biggest issue was the fridge that never got cold and leaked on the 2nd night of our 3 night stay. If it's a lemon like you say either replace it or just disable the ice maker and water dispenser since that's the source of the problem. Overall, we loved the property and the location on the Sandestin resort.

We booked this as a last minute family vacation and do not regret it at all!! The home was super clean and stocked with everything we needed! The location was GREAT for our teenagers to do whatever they felt like doing while still feeling safe! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet! Short drive to the beach makes it super accessible and we really didn’t need to leave the neighborhood for anything!

Family Vacation

This house was very nice and quite accommodating with all four bedrooms having king size beds and the bunk area with the tv and gaming area was quite the use of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home owner was very helpful and very responsive to all my communication.

Convenient location (restaurants, shopping, tennis, beach), comfortably housed 3 generations, looks brand new, everything was beautifully decorated and in great condition. Highly recommend!

Hurricane Evacuation Stay

Well Hurricane Ida was terrible, but this property was AMAZING! I can't say enough wonderful things about the property and the owner. The property was beyond gorgeous. The subdivision or community in which it is located is like the Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous. The house itself is extremely large and everything is upscale, sophisticated, and high end luxury. The owner personally responded within minutes when I had to reach out. The owner truly went above and beyond to make certain we were happy with our stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and would definitely book here again. DQ from New Orleans

Couples Getaway

The house was beautiful. Extremely clean and spacious. A wonderful location. The gulf cart was a special touch to navigate while on the property. The community was quiet and everyone was so nice. The Wharf made it simply to have outings without leaving the property. Food, shops, bars, just everything you need. Property manager is Amazing with response time to any question we had which settled my mind on things that came up. Highly recommend this property! Tony thank you so much.

The perfect location if you can’t get beachfront

This home was perfect! It had everything you needed for a fun day at the beach even if you forgot to pack beach items, it’s likely there already. My son packed his ps4 and brought but again there was one already there! The community was nice a lot of areas to enjoy, minutes away from the lively areas of Baytowne plus access to beach. Riding golf carts for my kids was the highlight of the trip since it did rain a good bit while we were there. Super clean, super chic home! I loved it! We will be back! Tony, you were a great host! Thank you

Villa Lago Sandestin

Great experience! Home was beautiful, had everything that you need. Was extremely clean . Golf cart came in extremely handy going back and forth to the beach. Neighborhood is beautiful and it was so nice to be able to just climb in the golf cart and go eat at Baytowne . Any questions we had Tony would immediately respond !! Our grandson left his favorite teddy bear when we left to come home and Tony was so nice to have the people cleaning look for it. Found it and he had it shipped to him! Highly recommend staying there!!!

Stylish, Comfortable and Great Neighborhood

I have no complaints about this rental. Upon entering the property all initial expectations of what to expect from what we were shown when booking were met, exceedingly so. The rental was extremely clean and neat upon entering with everything in place. The number of bedrooms and bathroom are more than adequate to support a crowd of 13. Everyone in the house was able to move comfortably about between the kitchen/dining/living area without distancing being an issue. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for hosting a large group for a weekend getaway. The host, Tony, is absolutely the best! He responds very quickly and very understanding! I will rent from him again! Thank you for everything!

Much more than what can be seen in the photos, super clean, it seems like it is new, i have rented many houses but none like this, 100% recommended. Very well equipped.
