Casa frente al lago con vistas al golfo, 125 sencillos pasos a la playa y 75 pasos a las instalaciones del resort (justo al otro lado de la calle), además de garaje para dos autos y una gran entrada para 6 vehículos. ¡A tu familia le encantará, y serás el héroe para asegurar esta increíble casa de vacaciones!

Su alquiler viene con el uso GRATUITO de las instalaciones del resort que incluyen 4,500 s. F. Laguna y piscinas de entrenamiento (climatizadas en temporada), jacuzzi y acceso a la playa privada en el Crescent Beach Resort, justo al lado de la casa.
¡La elegancia en el Golfo lo tiene todo! Gran casa de playa con vistas al golfo! ¡Sigue leyendo para descubrir tu nueva casa de vacaciones!

Primer piso: 1 dormitorio privado con cama queen, 1 baño completo, sala de estar independiente con sofá cama Queen y litera con colchón doble / completo en la parte inferior y doble en la parte superior. Pantalla con balcón cerrado con vista al lago y acceso directo a nuestro patio cercado (para un total de 7 personas).

Segundo piso: plan de piso abierto amplio con sala de estar que se abre a la vista al lago desde un balcón con mosquitero. Cocina moderna se abre a la zona de desayuno separada con vista al lago. El comedor se abre a la impresionante vista del golfo desde el balcón cubierto. 1 dormitorio privado con cama de matrimonio y 1 baño completo con acceso a balcón con mosquitero y vista al golfo. (Duerme 2 en total).

Tercera planta: la suite de lujo del dormitorio principal exhibe techo de trey y molduras de techo, cama tamaño queen, sala de estar adicional con cama tamaño queen adicional (tiene su propia puerta, por lo que esta habitación es perfecta para familias), baño mejorado con bañera de hidromasaje, tocadores separados, Gran ducha de azulejos y gran armario. Todas con vistas al lago desde su balcón privado con pantalla cerrada. Dos (2) habitaciones privadas adicionales, cada una con una cama tamaño queen, se abren a un balcón cerrado con pantalla compartida con vista al Golfo. 1 baño completo. (duerme 8 en total)

We loved our time at elegance on the Gulf. The house was super spacious for our large group of 19, the bunk room in the basement was amazing for all of our littles to stay with their cousins on one big sleepover! The walk to the beach was a short one through the hotel lobby and the pool was also really lovely. The house had everything we needed and was within walking distance to some shops and restaurants. We definitely plan on staying at this house again in the future and recommend it to anyone who is looking for something with lots of room.

2025 Family Vacation

We have stayed at The Crescent for about 25 years, but had to change due to our family getting larger. We loved the location, that we had access to the pool and of course the beach! That’s what you’re there for — THE BEACH! The weather was perfect! We hope to stay again next year!

Great stay!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the pool that we had access to was terrific. The property managers were easy to get in touch with when we had questions. I highly recommend this house!

Great multi family house!

This house was perfect for our multi-family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone, clean neighborhood, beautiful beach, and pool amenities next door was great. A bit of a walk to the beach with small kids, but nothing they couldn’t handle. Would definitely recommend the house and stay again!

The location great!!

I really enjoyed my stay in Destin, the house was nice but the floors were very dirty like they need to be mopped, the 3rd floor bathroom toilet needs to be looked at it flushed slow and also the TV in the main area goes in and out it might need a new cable box the whole house just needs a deep cleaning.

Thank you for leaving this review. I am happy that you enjoyed your stay in Destin and am sorry to hear about the floors being dirty. This has been addressed and brought up to the cleaners. As for the TV, I would be interested in knowing if you contacted our maintenance line as they would have had been happy to go out and assist. The toilet is a concern as well and it has been addressed. The deep cleans of our properties do happen but take place during our off season when we are able to get inside them which is a very limited time or rather small window as our properties during peak season are typically booked back to back. Again, sorry for the issues but am glad that you had an enjoyable overall experience.

Property was clean and fairly nice. One fridge for 12 people was not optimal. Bedrooms were very small, as well as bathrooms. One of the bigger bedrooms is off the main suite and not useable if you want privacy.

The house was a perfect location. It was not far from the beach or pool. Everything was clean however due to the sand around the area floors needed to be mopped. We will definitely rent again!

Spacious!!!

This property had lots of room for our group and the walk to the beach was not a far distance so that was super convenient! Check in process was simple and easy to check out as well. Would stay here again. The one downside was there are many sets of stairs and the elevator had a lock on it so carrying your luggage all the way to the top floor was very exhausting.

Beautiful House

We absolutely loved this house! First, it was big enough to sleep our large family and the bunk beds on the 1st floor were a hit with our teen boys. The balconies on each level had a nice view of the ocean. Very clean, and in a great location. The resort staff at The Crescent (who provided the wristbands for the beach access) were very nice as well. Only issue with the house was the water leakage in the pantry from the 3rd floor bathroom. Maintenance responded in a timely manner and was on site the next morning. Besides that, I would definitely return to this property.

Summer Vacation

It was a great house with plenty of room. It was 18 of us. I really liked the house, it was clean and spacious. Walking distance to the beach and pool. Close to a supermarket and fast food places. The only down side is that the beds/mattresses make noise every time you move but it seems that it’s everywhere that we have stayed before. The service was great and all our questions and concerns were addressed. We would totally stay here again!!

3rd Time Stay

We have been to this property 3 times in the past 6 years. We are a group of 8 adults and 10 kids. We were disappointed that the floors were SO dirty. Within 10 min of being there we all had black feet from walking on the floors. We have dealt with this issue every time at this property. The house is definitely wearing and needs an overall paint job and deep cleaning. We still felt like the price was right for the house (minus the large cleaning fee..maybe they need to hire a new cleaning company). Since this home comes with access to a large resort style pool we came back to this property. Having that access is always awesome and our kids love having the pool option. Having the decks to sit out on and enjoy breakfast or dinner was nice. Sun shades for the eastern facing decks would have been great. One of the AC units was not working when we arrived and management was very quick to have a company out there to fix it. The management company has always been responsive and friendly.

The house was amazing and perfect. Very roomy, perfect location. Few steps to the beach. Access to the property directly across the street for pool usage and to get to the beach. Plenty of parking space was a plus. Would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect for our family of 17!!!

The layout is spectacular! Would definitely recommend!! It was so nice to not worry about a pool on property with so many young children! The resort just across the drive has an enormous pool that was so amazing!! The beach is just a few minutes down the drive then through the gate of the resort on the left side... To get to the pool you go through the gate, then lobby and follow the sidewalk!! Such a terriffic layout of the whole property! Miramar is way less crowded than Destin, we loved it!!!

Overall very satisfied with this property. Would recommend anyone with a large group renting. The walk to the beach was quick and the pool was wonderful.

Amazing, quiet, relaxing

It was great! We had a group of 16 ladies from our church group and they all LoVe it! We had an awesome time. The house was beautiful and perfect to accommodate all of us. The views were awesome. Beautiful property. Perfect for large families

This home was perfect for our first large family vacation. We had 8 adults and 10 kids (ages 18 months to 12 years). We loved the space and the fact that it was so close to the beach. All the beds were comfortable, even the pull out sofa bed! The resort pool that we had access to was awesome! We enjoyed that the beach there was private for just the specific condos and resorts right there. We went second week in June and it never seemed too crowded. We loved everything about this Home and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our getaway here with a large group of family.

Very nice and clean house. Exactly as described. Bring a sharp knife if you plan to use the kitchen.

The property was fantastic; so close to the beach. The house was huge! We had ample space for our group of 11. It was wonderful to be able to prepare our own meals and to grill out. Having a washer and dryer available in the house was nice. These amenities helped us save money so that we could enjoy more sights and sounds of Destin and Miramar Beach and the surrounding area. We would recommend others to rent from VRBO. We had one little situation with getting hot water in the main floor bathroom. We called the number provided in the information binder and someone came right out. Turns out the problem was not knowing the faucets worked differently in this bathroom. Once we understood to only barely turn the handle to get hot water, we had no trouble the rest of our stay. Thank you for helping to make our senior class trip so enjoyable and memorable. Good location but amenities fall short

We had a nice stay and I can break down my review in pros and cons. First, pros are the proximity to the beach and not having to cross a busy road to get to the beach access via the resort. Also, the house was clean and the numerous bedrooms were great for a larger group. There is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Cons include the appliances need updating. The dishwasher in particular did not work well and was fairly worthless at cleaning. Another con is that they advertise you get resort access to a pool, beach, “and more.” There is nothing more. We specifically expected access to a fitness center and even had an email stating that it was included and it was in the book information about the house but those were both not accurate. There is a fitness center but you are not allowed to use it. The beach and pool are the only 2 amenities from the resort you are allowed to use so there is nothing “more.”

Hi Laura, Thank you for your review of Elegance on the Gulf. We are so happy you enjoyed the house! We sincerely apologize about the dishwasher complications. We are currently awaiting delivery of a brand new dishwasher that will be installed very soon. Since your stay, we have recently added new flooring throughout the house and all new bedroom furniture and bedding. We have also updated many appliances, including the washing machine. New pictures of the updates will be available very soon. At this time, per Crescent Resort, guests can not access the fitness room but we are doing what we can to change that. We are so glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, proximity to the beach and space our beautiful unit has to offer. We hope to make you next visit to Destin even better! Thank you!

Relaxing, spacious house and easy beach access

Wonderful house with tons of space for multiple families if needed. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. We had a great stay!
