This traditional yet modern villa in the popular Koprivno in Croatia offers a spectacular holiday with mountain views and greenery, ensuring a peaceful, relaxing break away. This villa offers privacy and relaxation with ample space outside, a gorgeous private pool, and even a garden allowing you an organic culinary experience.

Perfect for a family, there are three bedrooms, each boasting air conditioning and a television. The villa boasts ample outdoor space and has gorgeous mountain views and plenty of garden areas. An idyllic rural retreat, the villa would easily host up to 7 guests comfortably.

The property's ground floor boasts a chic living room space with a flat-screen TV that offers the latest streaming services. With Wi-Fi available around the villa, people can connect while enjoying their break. There is also karaoke with a Bluetooth speaker with light effects and a microwave that families will love. There is a fully-fitted kitchen that has everything you need to cook up a storm during your blissful break.

Upstairs, the stunning villa has three beautiful bedrooms that will give all family members ample space to enjoy and unwind. The villa has two well-presented bathrooms, one with a shower and a hair dryer for guests.

Outside, the villa is breathtaking, with several seating areas with a traditional rural feel. There are BBQ facilities to enjoy dining alfresco with the mountainous views. The garden's fresh vegetables enable you to cook tasty food. The pool is also a gem with a shallow area and hydromassage jets for the adults to enjoy while the sun sets. The seasonal pool has plenty of sun loungers to use when enjoying the Croatian sun.

Situated in the beautiful, quiet area of Koprivno, the villa feels like it has bundles of privacy. However, you can get to an array of other Croatian treasures within a short car distance. The towns such as Solin, Trogir and Klis are within a 15-minute drive. You can also catch a ferry from Split to the gorgeous Dalmatian islands. The hosts, Denis and Marija, were absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for them - they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising us with welcome gifts and souvenirs. They were so friendly, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel completely at home. Our pool was even cleaned daily, which was such a thoughtful touch.The villa itself is stunning - secluded, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. We loved the private pool, excellent BBQ facilities, and the terrace with breathtaking mountain views. The villa is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, from darts and games to karaoke. It was spotless on arrival and felt like a real home away from home – I honestly didn’t want to leave!A car is definitely essential, as it makes exploring the nearby towns and sites so much easier.What an unforgettable stay - I can’t recommend this villa highly enough!

So the whole house, garden, barbecue and pool on the property of 3000 square meters are reserved only for you and no one else has the right of access. flowers around the house and that's it. You don't see us anymore unless you call us because you need something. But if you want to hang out with us and we will be happy to treat you to one dinner. We change your bed linen once a week and towels every three days. to please you as much as we can. You dictate the rules and we guarantee cleanliness, disinfected house and privacy. If you are tired from urban city living and want to enjoy your holiday, house Podrug is the right place for you.
The hause offers complete privacy.
It is ideal for families who enjoy the rural idyll.
It has three bedrooms,living room,kitchen and two bathrooms.
Each room has it own air conditioning, televizion andand free wirelles internet.
The house has a outdoor swimming pool area 32 m2. with shallow seating area and hydromassage jets.
In the garden bed there are seasonally organic vegetables and you are welcome to take same.
There is also a lot of autside free parking space.
Koprivno is located 3km. from the A1 freeway exit for Split.
It is only 15 minutes bay car from Split center and ferry port if you want to visit Dalmatian islands .
Only 15-30 minutes bay car you will find many beautiful places like town Omiš,Solin,Sinj,Trogir ,Klis and Knin fortress,Ancient Salona's ruins, river Cetina and National park waterfall Krka.
