Beautiful house! Everything was absolutely perfect! First class furnishings and decor. They thought of everything we might need for our stay. We will be back.

Overall we had a nice stay at Cinnamon Shores. The home was spacious and well stocked with kitchen items. We enjoyed the decks and the bedrooms had comfortable bedding. Our kiddos loved the bunk area! The home is in need of some upkeep with paint and cabinet touch ups. The bedroom upstairs does not have a closet accessible to guests even though a picture of one is shown online (it is locked). There was not space to unpack our suitcase in that room. Overall nice stay.

Lots of space for multiple families

Having 3 king size beds all with en suites was a big plus for our group, plus a separate bunk room for the kids and extra large common area. Would stay here again

Wonderful Shore getaway

Our family had a fabulous Christmas vacation at Cinnamon Shores. The staff is so friendly and there are so many fun family activities. We will definitely do this again!

Nice house NO ice maker!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was fine. A/c worked well. If you’re considering this house you need to know there is no ice maker and you have no access to the garage. We stayed 5 nights. There were only 2 trash bags. Bring trash bags! Only reason I wouldn’t recommend this house is no ice maker and the stairs were brutal.

Thank you for this honest feedback and for the helpful heads-up for future guests! We'll make sure the trash bag supply is addressed right away two bags for a five-night stay simply isn't enough. We'll also look into better communicating the ice maker and garage details upfront so guests can plan accordingly. There was lots of cooking supplies ready for some amazing meals and comfy beds for us to sleep in at night. The location was great as it was close to the town center where we were steps away from ice cream, food, coffee and shops. We would totally stay again!

It was beautiful and fairly well stocked with adequate kitchen supplies which helped with cooking. This particular unit is very close to the central lawn area, which was convenient, and the beach was also a short walk away down Grand. We rented a golf cart which was very convenient. We had a terrific time and will likely return here in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we've stayed at this property and so love it. The house and community are perfect for us. Everything was clean and well maintained. We did have a broken coffee maker that was reported after the first night. The office promised to bring over a new one and that never happened. We connected with the office again and never heard back. (reason for 4 stars)Mosquitoes were horrible this year, but do realize that is beyond your control. Next time we'll bring a yard control spray.So 5 stars and will be planning on coming back.

Although we spent much of our time at the pools, restaurants, etc., we loved the large and open living spaces as a place to gather at the end of the day and in between activities. The house was clean and comfortably furnished. We would happily stay there again!

Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at several Cinnamon Shores Vacation Rentals, this was by far the one we liked least. Upon arrival, the home was dirty. We contacted the office and they were truly sorry and would send housekeeping the following morning. We declined this offer as we are 2 families with 6 children that wanted to sleep in during our vacation! After our first night we all awoke to find cockroaches not water bugs running around EVERYWHERE. Spare yourself and stay at a different better maintained home.

Disappointing Spring Break

Natural gas was out for the area. Cold showers and no ability to cook in the residence for three days which added $800.00 in eating out costs during the week. Called and went into the office on four different occasions to speak with someone from management and did not receive one call back...crickets...not one returned phone call...

I love that each bedroom has a king bed and your own bathroom attached so every room feels like the master! Also, they had everything available that you could possibly need. The house was very clean upon arrival and not one single issue during our stay. I would love to book another vacation at Seas the Day in the near future! Also, location is wonderful, close to everything but also quiet no one is located behind you and convenient rear entry with garage for easy parking.
