Very Accommodating

The communication from Happy Palm Stays and the abominations the provide with the rental make this trip a great experience. They provide nearly everything you would need for a beach trip…beach chairs (and not the cheap ones, Tommy Bahama w/ backpack straps), boogie boards, small cooler, beach umbrellas, beach towels, as well as bath and kitchen essentials. The only thing lacking was a pitcher because I can’t go a week without sweet tea so we had to purchase one. The unit was clean and all appliances worked well with no issues (you’ll need coffee fillers if you want coffee). I was a bit worried the beach in front of the condo would get crowded with the pier and public beach access being practically next door but the crowds generally stayed close to the pier. My only complaint was each day our condo neighbor left all their beach stuff in the breezeway, which is already somewhat tight, but that’s more a reflection of their rudeness and not the host.

Great view, right on the beach!

Spacious, well-kept property right on the beach. Balcony view was gorgeous overlooking the ocean and beach. Very pleased. Gave a 4 star rating for cleanliness because there was mold in the second bathroom on the ceiling and around the towel hook. Otherwise, very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Alice of heaven by the pier!

We loved ending our Disney trip with a 4 night stay at Cocoa Beach! The place is exactly as it appears in pictures! Walking distance to pool, beach, beach volleyball courts and pier! The place is very meticulously manicured and well kept. It felt safe as well for our kids and we enjoyed being able to walk to dinner on the pier. We would recommend this location to anyone traveling with or without children. There were quite a bit of teenagers around this location.

Nice Condo, Great View, Great Location, Musty Smell Issue

Our stay did not get off to a great start. When we arrived in 407, the unit had a very strong musty smell (like a wet basement). We tried to make the best of it but contacted the owner the next afternoon. The owner was great and allowed us to move to 306, which was better, but still had a musty smell. Because of the weather, we were able to turn the AC off and leave the patio door open, which allowed an abundance of fresh air inside. This did help dissipate the musty smell. We reported the musty smell to the owner, and he indicated they would investigate further. With all of that said, the unit is in a great location and the view is wonderful.

Great location

The condo was nice and clean with a great location! We were steps from the beach and right next to the pier. We loved the deck on the roof, it allowed us to watch the rocket launch from Cape Canaveral without any obstructions. It may sound weird but I really loved the ease of the elevators!! There has always been issues with the elevators on every trip we’ve taken, maybe bad luck who knows. Not here! Great stay, thanks guys!

Clean and convenient

Very clean and convenient. Everything you could and would need is in the condo. Beach access is a short distance. Curfew is at 9:00 and they are very strict about it. Everything gets shut down- pool, deck, access to and from beach. That was the only negative to this place.

Great stay

We looked at many places in Cocoa Beach. We decided to try the spot. We had a lovely time in the condo. The kids had fun at the beach the pier and the pool there are plenty of places to walk to to eat as well as some really good restaurants around.
