Unique Stay

3 fishing friends enjoyed a 3 nighter at this location and found it quite accommodating. Only drawback is one restroom, albeit pretty neat!

This is a great property! The owners/host have done an amazing job renovating this house. It's beautiful, cozy, welcoming. First time I've gotten a VRBO that I did not have to go to a store to get additional toilet paper or some other essential item. The outdoor living space could have been so enjoyable, had it not been 100 degrees during our stay. We did enjoy the covered patio with the fans on early morning/late evening. The back yard is completely fenced which was great for our small dog. Everything was very clean; there were ample linens. I noticed and appreciated the little things the host did to make their guests feel welcome. We plan to go back later in the fall when it's cooler. The desk was great for my hobby work. Thanks for a great stay.

Thank you for such kind words and the hug! We're thrilled the renovations, coziness, and thoughtful touches made your stay feel welcoming, and that the fenced yard worked out well for your pup. It's great to hear the covered patio and fans gave you a comfortable spot to enjoy despite the heat, and that the clean linens and extra essentials made things easier. So glad the desk worked well for your hobby time too! We look forward to seeing you again!

Perfect Weekend Rental

The Country-Chic Cotter Home was the perfect place for our weekend trip to the Ozarks. Centrally located to every place we needed to visit between Mountain Home, Flippin, Bull Shoals, Lakeview, and Midway. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs and we knew they were safe exploring the yard. The house has everything you need! We would absolutely book this property again on our next trip to the area.

Great location

All good, comfy master bed (didn’t use others) - great fenced in backyard. Look for check in instructions from Evolve, a bit concerning at last minute but they had phone support which was great. Will book again for future!

Cotter Getaway

This is the third time staying with this property, as with all the other stays, our stay was wonderful, there has been upgrades to the outside of the property such as a gas fire pit, and new patio furniture since our last stay. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the swimming hole, boat ramp and playground. The fenced in back yard and doggie door was great, my fur babies has just as much fun as us human. I would recommend this property and stay here again in the future.

Adorable House On the Hill

We needed a house that was pet friendly and close to the Buffalo and White Rivers. We found that and more with this house. We absolutely loved this house. You could feel the love and work that went into making this house a home. The chic decor was adorable. We loved the outdoor living space with tv. The fenced in yard with a doggie door was perfect. The neighbors were close, but quiet and kind. The beds were comfy. The location was perfect for us. We went floating on the Buffalo, swimming at the Big Spring park, shopping in Branson, ate at Mountain Home, and enjoyed the White River. Cotter is a cute little town. All in all, it was a great house for us. We look forward to visiting again.

Trout fishing hideaway

The town of Cotter is ideally located on a peninsula of the White River. Access is simple. THe house has been refurbished with a sort of rustic charm. Very enjoyable and convenient. The owners were very easy and good to work with as we had an issue on our end and they were extremely accommodating. Cotter has charm.
