This was our second time staying in this condo. We love the view and short walk to the beach. It's also great that there are beach chairs, toys, floats and some other beach items available. This unit has two balconies. One overlooks the bay and the other has an ocean view. While we were there the washer wasn't working, however, the front desk was so nice and sent someone to fix it right away. Check in and check out is always so easy. We will probably book here again in the future.

Our condo was perfect! Everything was clean and better than the pictures. It came with beach chairs and an umbrella which helped our time on the beach be more enjoyable. We will be back!

Great view!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The building is fairly new and i know their were no previous reviews of this unit. Not sure if we were the first to stay. There is extremely limited kitchen items. Zero trash bags, zero laundry detergent and zero dishwasher detergent even though at check out we were suppose to have the dishwasher running and towels in the washer. We purchased these items and left them for the next renter. Other than that we had no issues. The patio had a great view. The living area was small but our family of 5 made it work. We were able to rent chairs for the beach with the number listed on our check in paper. We had amazing weather which helped as well!

We loved our stay in Unit 1708! It was clean, had all needed supplies, great view of beach & marina, short walk to the beach, minutes to John's Bay stores/restaurants, comfortable…hated to leave and would definitely stay here again!!

Property is in a good location but was not very clean.

We decided to go ahead and rent this property even though people had commented earlier that it was lacking in kitchen supplies. The Kitchen supplies were definitely better so obviously they purchased more supplies to cook with. The kitchen was fine. But when we checked in, the unit was dirty inside. There was sand on all the floors, the toilet was dirty in the second bathroom and so was the shower. They were very stingy with supplies such as trash bags (2 for the week), paper towels (1roll), toilet paper (1 roll in each bathroom), hand soap in the bathrooms, Kleenexes (there were none), etc. the walls were very beatup on the inside. The couch/TV/kitchen table layout was different than pictured which provided less room. Overall we liked the location with the Beach and John's Pass so close, but the Condo was lacking some basics.

Great location, beautiful sunsets and beach right across the street. New condo. Convenient parking. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Add towel rods and hooks. Add area rugs, kitchen and bath mats. Provide beach towels. Plan to shop for all basic amenities when you arrive.

Nice unit in a very good location

The property is just across the street from a nice beach and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. Someone left the large closet in the second bedroom literally full of sandy beach items that significantly limited storage for our clothing and suitcases. The second bedroom was also very challenging to cool down. We had to drop the temp in the other rooms and close the vents in other rooms in order to cool it to a manageable temperature each night. Be aware that only one parking space is available for this unit and during our stay other parking options in our area were very limited. We ended up parking our second car quite a distance away and at a cost of $20 per day. Be sure to factor parking expenses for a second vehicle in the budget. Note also that the unit one had only three small pots available.

No bathroom essentials. Not enough towels. No laundry soap. Elevator broke down. Couldn’t get an hour extended check out time due to flights. Property not easy to find. Small pool. Bedroom ceiling lights don’t work.

Good place to stay.

We loved unit 1708. Having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces made for a great stay. The unit was very clean and convenient to the beach- right across the street! Perfect!. The bedrooms are very comfortable and I loved the master bedroom- the decor was perfect. There are a number of items which would help make guests' stay better. The kitchen is in need of many good quality items: silverware, can opener, bottle opener, pots and pans. One small pot and one small pan was not convenient. The can opener was useless and the wine bottle opener can use an upgrade. The unit is in need of a couple a full size mirrors, luggage racks, area rugs, outdoor seating on the master bedroom terrace. And additional towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. The 2nd bathroom closet needs finishing too. I would still recommend unit 1708 as I truly enjoyed my stay here and made for a good beach getaway.

The location was very convenient, across the street from the beach and walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. I would stay here again.
