A 'Cosy' hideaway just a short drive from central Queenstown. A comfortable and stylish one bedroom apartment, perfect for couples or solo travellers. Enjoy views of the Remarkables and your private deck with BBQ. Unwind in the shared spa, enjoying the garden space and views from the hot tub.
This cosy but well equipped space has a small kitchenette, ideal for preparing basic meals, with a comfortable lounge area and spacious dining table, great for those remote workers.
This unit is located on the ground floor and the upstairs unit can also be rented which include a 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom )Panoramic: farmhouse theme with shared spa pool).
Conveniently located a few minutes drive from Queenstown or a 25 minute walk, this is a great base for your adventure activities.

Guests access the property via a lockbox code onsite. This will be sent through you to 3 days prior to your arrival.
We are available on call between 8am and 9pm during your stay for any issues. Otherwise you will be given complete privacy during your stay.
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood so there are noise restrictions for outdoor entertaining (for example the spa pool can't be used after 10pm)
A car is the easiest way to navigate the area, however if you are fit and enjoy walking then the property is approximately a 25 minute walk to the town centre. Please note there is no carpark for this unit. You can park on the road free of charge (subject to space)

- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability please inquire 48 hours prior to your arrival.
- Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Contact us and we can organize this for you.
