Summary:
These 4 charming apartments in a gorgeous brick building in historic Covington, KY offer the perfect place for your group of up to 14 guests! Whether you need walking distance to stadiums and downtown, easy access to concert venues, bars, and shopping, free dedicated parking, free laundry, or just a cozy place to bring the crew, this quad-plex covers it all! 4 queen bedrooms, 3 queen pullout couches, and 4.5 bathrooms across all apartments.
The Space:
Each apartment offers free laundry units, a dedicate parking space across the street from the building, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. Apartments 2, 3, and 4, also have queen pullout couch beds. And apartment 4 has an additional half bathroom. Apartments 1 and 2 are on the ground floor, while apartments 3 and 4 are on the second floor, accessed by the outdoor staircase on the porch. All apartments have access to the backyard garden and seating areas.
Guest Access:
You can park in the parking lot directly across from the BnB. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only"...Even thought there is no breakfast :\ you wouldn't want my cooking anyway! All the smart lock access instructions will be sent to you when you book. Access to the apartments is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
The Neighborhood:
Licking Riverside is a quaint, historic area with some of the most beautiful Italianate and Victorian-style houses in the city. Start your day with a cup of coffee up the street at Leftbank Coffeehouse or grab a bite to eat around the corner at Lil's Bagels or Keystone Bar and Grill! Covington Yard is right next door and is a great outdoor space to grab a taco and some delicious drinks!
Getting Around:
There is a great new service called Oggo. They have an app that you can download on your phone. Oggo has electric vehicles that give free rides all over down town. By free, I mean there are no strings attached. They make their money from advertisements that are placed on the doors and hood of the vehicle. Download the app and get a free ride!
Other Things to Note:
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.
