The Space:
Inspired by European Modernism, this newly remodeled beachfront villa in Malibu Beach blends contemporary design with coastal allure. The open floor plan features updated wood and tile flooring, and multi-panel sliding glass doors that offer striking ocean views and easy access to outdoor living spaces.

Our property features lime washed walls, a premium design choice that enhances the character and charm of the home. Limewashing is a centuries-old finishing technique that uses a natural lime-based paint to create a soft, textured look with subtle color variations. Unlike standard paints, limewash develops a natural patina over time, resulting in a timeless and elegant aesthetic. This process is expensive and labor-intensive, making it a carefully chosen upgrade that elevates the overall ambiance of the property.

The bathrooms are equipped with Smart Kohler Veil toilets and rain showers, complemented by custom beach blond wood furniture throughout. The chef’s kitchen includes brand-new cabinetry, a central island with ocean views, and high-end appliances from Wolf and Subzero, including a wine fridge.

The master suite provides a spacious open layout, a freestanding bathtub, and a rain shower with panoramic Pacific Ocean views. Each bedroom is fitted with Lutron shades, Smart TVs, and Sonos sound bars, ensuring a comfortable stay. Located just steps from the ocean, this beachfront villa offers a harmonious blend of privacy and coastal charm.

Our home has been thoroughly inspected and is in excellent condition, offering the same high-quality experience and comfort our guests expect.

**All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available.

Guest Access:
Exclusive access to the entire villa and direct entry to the beach. Guests also have exclusive access to CURE, a private health and wellness club conveniently located near the property but not onsite.

The Neighborhood:
Beach front neighborhood located in Malibu. The beach located directly to the home is a State Beach and there is no lifeguard on duty. For groups with young children we suggest exploring Malibu's beaches like Carbon Beach, Zuma and Point Dume.

Getting Around:
Since this villa is managed by us you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Drive Awhile has something for everyone.

Other Things to Note:
Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.

In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain neighborhood harmony, we have a few rules in place. Please read each rule description carefully:

1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names prior to booking. Guest list and Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.

2) Pets: Please note that there is a one time $200 pet fee per reservation.

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke/vapor/gas detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations (paid by guest). City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.

4) Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.

5) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.

6) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.

7) Day of Arrival:
Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.

8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.

Parking: Parking is available in the garage for secure indoor parking. Additional covered parking is located in the carport on the right side of the garage. Alternatively, vehicles can be parked in front of the house, parallel to the property. Please ensure that driveways and access points remain unobstructed.

9) Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.

When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.

We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.

Lastly, by the end of your stay with us, if you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome.

Great Location

It was a very central property with both Malibu and Santa Monica being very close. It was nice being able to just walk to Moonshadows. And great having a little beach right beside the property. The Stay Awhile people were great.
