Welcome to Wildwood Suites 104, affectionately known as “The Foxes Den,” where you might just catch a visit from the resident fox family! This charming end unit boasts a beautiful backyard with a gently flowing stream and picnic tables, perfect for watching the kids play through the sliding glass door while you relax inside. In the summer, unwind on the back porch and soak up the peaceful sounds of nature.

This first-floor condo offers convenient access to the community hot tub just steps from your door — an ideal spot to warm up after a day of adventure.

Winter guests will love the true ski-in/ski-out location, with the Snowflake ski lift only a 5-minute walk away and the option to return via the Four O’Clock ski run right at Sawmill Road. A free shuttle bus stop nearby also makes getting around easy, and downtown Breckenridge is within comfortable walking distance.

Inside, you’ll find a freshly updated kitchen and a brand-new queen bed in the bedroom. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa, making this cozy condo perfect for up to 4 guests.

Eh! I Probably won’t be back...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, we found the path to the condo being in full construction mode. They had plastic everywhere and 2x4s holding up the hallway wall. The lighting was dark and seemed like something from a horror movie. None of this was disclosed prior to arriving. Inside of the condo was ok. 3 was a crowd for sure. The walk up to the lift was a dread; however skiing back was easy. The management did stay in constant contact and was responsive. Glad my wife wasn’t there, as I would have been scrambling for another place to stay. I took a couple pics if anyone was interested in what the entry to this place looked like.

Being able to walk out directly onto the grass from the platform out the back is perfect. having the creek running added another delightful element to our stay. Will be back!

Very convenient to town and the bus to the ski slopes. Love the ski in option! Other renters complained about having to walk around to the front after skiing in, but I think that's silly. It was no big deal to walk around. I had small children, they could play in the snow right outside the back door while I sipped my coffee on the porch or inside. We chose to take the bus to the slope rather than walk to the snowflake lift. The walk to the snowflake lift is uphill and would have been hard for my kids, but the bus stop is a short downhill walk and short ride to Peak 7 or 8. The kitchen was more equipped than most vacation rentals I've stayed in. Appliances were newer. If you are traveling with kids older than elementary age, the fold out couch is really a futon, and it is probably not big enough for older children and certainly not adults to sleep on.

Excellent location, we were able to walk or ride bikes everywhere we needed to go. The Den is clean and well stocked and I highly recommend it.

Nice value option

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was well managed - the entire rental process, and the property itself. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and well chosen furnishings. It wasn't fancy, but very comfortable.I was in town to enjoy the mountain ambiance and hike. I especially enjoyed the sound of the rushing stream, and morning sunshine on the patio. There is a downside to the location, as seemingly the entire population of local dogs have the small adjoining green space on their walking/bathroom itinerary. The dogs behaved well, but not all of their owners have been trained to respect a neighbor's privacy. To have the blinds open and enjoy the location, I was often met with intrusive stares - at all hours. Renters should also understand that this is an old building, with lots of upstairs footsteps and rushing water. It is also small - good for 1 person. I was OK with it, but better to know ahead of time. I like to stay in a place that feels well cared for, despite its age, and this fit the bill. Small suggestions - replace the stained dish towels, and perhaps the beige throw rugs. They detracted slightly from the nicely stocked unit. Also, a better reading light in the LR would be nice, and maybe info on the cable channels? Please note that shower drain is very slow. These are meant to be helpful suggestions. I made good use of all the written instructions - and especially enjoyed perusing the hiking book. Thank you for sharing this comfy little condo!

All good. I would recommend checking the heating. No wall thermostat and the baseboard heaters did not have a temp switch.

Actual Apartment Looks Different from Pictures

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is nothing like the bright modern place in the pictures on air Bnb. It’s old and dated, and dark inside unless all the blinds are drawn which will mean no privacy at all as the apartment looks out to a parking lot and small yard that is used by residents in the surrounding area. This was our honey moon and my husband and I were so disappointed that we wanted to find alternative accommodation and just write off the cost of this rental as a loss. There was no mention that there are flights of steps to navigate to get to the apartment with no elevator in the building and with our luggage it was inconvenient. We will definitely not recommend this.

Peaceful summertime stay

Our family of three stayed here for a week in July. The size of this unit was perfect for us, and it was a short walk to town. Everything is in good condition and it offered everything we needed. One of our favorite things to do was to slide the back door open to listen to the peaceful stream. The only negative was that we had noisy neighbors upstairs on our last day.

Great location

This condo is in a convenient location for ski in and out. Walking distance to snowflake lift (even with 2 kids) or short walk to shuttle. Even though it’s small it had great storage so we didn’t feel like our stuff was everywhere. Only negative was the shower faucet/diverter needs replacing. Water was scalding hot and took a lot of tinkering with the knob to get to a comfortable temperature. It’s especially troublesome when kids were trying to shower. Otherwise this condo is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved it and would stay here again. Only other suggestion would be to provide guests a key to the sliding door so when skiing home on 4 O’clock run we could have come right in the back door.

The faucet in the shower needs to be replaced; it was next to impossible to get a good temp (it was either lava hot or ice cold). Also, it was no big deal for us but there was no elevator.
