We have membership at the fantastic Fairmont Beach Club in St James on the calm west coast which means free sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as use of the changing room and beach bar - not to mention free parking if you don't fancy the walk! The Fairmont also has watersports available (for a fee). Back at the villa in serene Sugar Hill, we also have Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella and small cooler bag which you can take in your car to visit other beaches around the island, or beaches that do not have any facilities. **** We also cover the BRA tourist levy so no extra charges and sometimes offer additional discounts for extra guests, please contact us for special rates****

Sugar Hill is a private community in Mount Standfast, St James, with 24 hour security. Set in gorgeous, tropical gardens, with lovely facilities, there are two large communal pools, both with shallow areas for children. The waterfall pool is a quiet and calm place to relax and read, set amongst beautiful palm trees. The infinity pool with its views to the Caribbean Sea, has its very own restaurant, The Deck, perfect for late breakfast, lazy lunches and dinner following Happy Hour. The gym, children's play area, floodlit tennis courts and brand new panel courts complete the community, all the amenities of a hotel at your fingertips. Sugar Hill is also adjacent to a golf course, perfect for an early round.

As soon as you step through the front gate of Jasmine Villa into the lush garden, the sound of swaying palms and cooing doves melts any stress away. This lovely welcoming, spacious, well equipped villa is a perfect home away from home for your vacation.

Architecturally beautiful, the villa has vaulted ceilings, cooling tiled floors, jalousie windows, high quality furniture, plantation shutters and a large open floor plan making it perfect for socialising. It is very private and quiet, situated at the end of a cul de sac.

The upper level has a large living room with plenty of seats for lounging and an 8 seater dining table with double French doors leading to the terrace, where lovely views of the Caribbean Sea greet you, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The terrace also has a 6 seater dining table if you prefer to eat in the cool of the evening breeze watching the sunset and the fireflies dancing around as well as a lounging set, a great spot for reading those holiday books! The monkeys pass by around 5pm each evening and put on a lovely show!! This level is completed with a powder room and a very well stocked kitchen including new dishwasher, new small appliances, Villeroy & Boch crockery and glasses, cooler bag for the beach, plenty of knives and cookware and of course a cocktail mixing set!

The villa has 3 large bedrooms all with en suite marble bathrooms, complete with luxurious Egyptian cotton towels, and for the ladies, a hairdryer. The master bedroom is furnished with cane furniture including a super king size bed (North American king size), and fitted wardrobes. We charge by the number of bedrooms used/or number of guests after the first two, so it is affordable for just two people to rent our home. The other two bedrooms have North American queen beds (UK king), and we also have a crib. The two bedrooms on the lower level of the house have French doors leading to the lower terrace, private garden and plunge pool. Out on the lower terrace, there is a chef's BBQ (Napoleon Prestige 2 - with gas provided), a dining table with umbrella and sunbeds, and, for those wet swimming costumes, a drying line which retracts into the wall.

The third bedroom is in Jasmine Cottage in the front garden, perfect for those who prefer a little privacy, guests in the cottage have a kitchenette including a fridge and a lovely sitting area. Cottage guests can easily walk around the side garden to the pool without coming through the house. If there are up to 4 guests in the house yet you would like to use the cottage also, there is a supplement.

Finally, there is AC and ceiling fans throughout, including on the terraces and of course wi-fi, cable tv and a DVD library for rainy days. If you still want to venture out on those days we have umbrellas - stored next to the front door.

The stunning beaches of the platinum coast are only minutes away as is Holetown with its restaurants, bars and shopping. You have all you need for a fantastic holiday including a crib if you bring your baby!!!
