The Space:
Stylish and sophisticated, your perfect vacation starts here. Alpine retreat is a contemporary design with luxurious trimmings.

Open the front door of this beautiful home and step immediately into the hallway. To your right, you will discover the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Contemporary and stylish, the lounge area consists lovely new furnishing and couch to snuggle up in front of the fire all while you watch all your favourites on the smart TV.

The modern kitchen has everything you need including a Nespresso coffee machine, scullery and wine fridge. Open the sliding doors out to the outdoor dining area with BBQ. On chillier nights, dine inside and gaze out at the mountain vistas through the feature window in the lounge.

To the left of the front door is the garage (sorry, no vehicles allowed in this one) but you are welcome to store bikes and ski gear. There is a separate laundry with washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a King bed and a walk-in wardrobe with ensuite. The second and third bedrooms come complete with a king and a single. These bedrooms share the main bathroom. There is a fourth bedroom with a comfy pull out couch - a perfect second lounge room for the kids.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
This stunning property has 2 bathrooms . There are 4 rooms in total:
Master Bedroom: 1 King bed
Bedroom 2: 1 King bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Single bed
Office/Den: 1 pull out couch - suitable for one person or two small children (made up on request only)

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

The Neighborhood:
A short drive from town or from the Northlake Village Centre including Hello Ranger cafe/restaurant.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
