There's also a unique 'fire room' with a large-screen TV, offering a cozy and inviting space for entertaining, no matter the season.
Kids will love the flat, private backyard with space to run around and a fun playhouse to explore. The north-facing property enjoys all-day sun, with shady spots available for when you want to cool off. And when evening falls or the weather cools, unwind in the spa pool under the stars.
Your entertainment is sorted with Netflix available on the TV(BYO Login) and year-round comfort is guaranteed with heat pumps in the main living area and sleepout, plus the cozy fire room and spa poolperfect for a winter retreat too!
Ideally located in the heart of Mangawhai, Coastal Charmer is just a short stroll from the Wood Street shops and eateries, and within walking distance of the estuary and golf course. The surf beach, boat ramp, Mangawhai Activity Zone, and Mangawhai Village are all just a 10-minute drive away.
With plenty of parking for cars and a boat, this bach is ideal for one to two families or a small group of mature couples.

LINEN: For this property one set of linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) for 7 people is included as part of the Cleaning Fee, just bring your beach towels. If you are staying longer and want additional linen changes/cleaning, this can be arranged for an additional fee. NB: If you need the trundler bed made up and linen for an 8th person this can be added for an additional fee of $25.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
