This four bedroom, three bathroom villa can accommodate a total of 10 guests and offers an inviting living area with a large open fireplace, and a light and luxurious kitchen and dining area. Flowing on from the other side of the cosy snug lounge is the hallway leading to the three internal bedrooms - one en suite, and the other two share a bathroom.

Alpine Retreat has a wonderful set up for families and friends alike. With three bedrooms situated in the main house and an extra studio housing the fourth. There is plenty of space to relax.
The spacious dining and living area gives way to an open kitchen, which means that entertaining is a pleasure at Alpine Retreat.
Three large bathrooms ensure that there is no squabbling come the morning for shower time.
You will enjoy sparse lawns and a top class outside dining area. Equiped with a BBQ, outdoor fire and comfortable lawn furniture and outdoor dining area, the garden is perfect to enjoy the long Otago summers, with a stunning mountain top backdrop.
This property will be hired on an exclusive basis, guests will enjoy the entire house and grounds all to themselves.
Alpine Retreat is a self check-in villa, where instructions will be sent prior to your arrival. However, our on-call concierge team are always reachable if needed.
Semi Rural. Alpine Retreat enjoys the quiet and space of the countryside, whilst being handily located just minutes from restaurants, supermarkets and retail centres.
Ample parking onsite.
All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.
A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in. This is a MajorDomo requirement of booking. The deposit value is usually equivalant to the cost of 1 night - we will advise you of the exact figure in your confirmation email.
