Fully renovated in 2021, this beautiful home is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and will serve as a perfect starting point for any vacation to Kiawah. Ideal for families or groups, this home has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to spread out and enjoy your trip. Sip your morning coffee on the front porch rocking chairs and watch the sun come up. Or serve dinner and cold drinks on the back porch with your favorite music on. Or make it a movie night in the living room with surround sound and free Disney+. And with the beach and a community pool just a few minutes away, you can spend the whole day by the water.

The open living/dining area is great for entertaining family and friends. The modern beach décor space offers comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, Sonos, Apple TV, direct access to the screened porch, and opens into the kitchen and dining areas. The updated and fully-stocked kitchen has everything you will need to make your vacation meals and boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. The living area opens to the screened back porch that offers an outdoor bar and TV with a sectional. There is also an outdoor dining table for eight, a Weber grill, plus two outdoor chaise-lounge chairs and two adirondack chairs that overlook the lagoon. And just outside of the home there is an outdoor shower and bike rack.

The first-floor primary suite has a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, Apple TV, wireless charging, private bathroom with shower and soaking tub, and access to the screened porch. Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms, all with access to the second-story deck. The second-floor suite has a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, Apple TV, wireless charging and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second upstairs bedroom offers a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, DVD player, wireless charging. The third upstairs bedroom has one twin bunk bed and one twin bed. Finally, there is a loft area for kids behind sliding barn doors with a couch, TV, books, games and a Nintendo system.

Guests have access to the Atlantic/Turtle Beach community pool. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
