Welcome to Seascape 3064, a beautifully decorated two-story townhome just across the street from one of the island's premier beaches. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

On the main level, you'll find a spacious living and dining area that opens onto a deck overlooking the pool, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and features a convenient pass-through to the dining area. A washer and dryer are also located on this floor for added convenience.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features two full-sized beds with a bathroom conveniently located across the hall.

A great fall getaway

When my originally booked townhome did not have WiFi or TV service, the Vacation Time staff encouraged me to consider moving to another townhome. I did and was very happy with this condo. It is beautifully furnished and is just steps out the back door to one of two pools in the community. The unit had everything I needed for a relaxing two-week stay.

Visited HHI for family vacation. This condo was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, had everything we needed. Would rent this unit again

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very narrow staircase, not great for small children. No downstairs restroom. Dryer stopped working. With AC on 68 it was still hot upstairs. Bathrooms were a bit gross. No hot water. Beach is a farther walk than described. Kitchen pans were very old and used.

A Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first time staying at this villa was wonderful! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook, the barbeque grill was great to have in the evenings. The deck was nice to eat out on for breakfast and dinner, it overlooked the beautiful pool. The living room area had plenty of seating and was very comfortable, the master bedroom overlooked the pool and was spacious and nice. The guestroom was also very nice with two queen beds. It’s a short walk to the beach where you also have a private cabana so you don’t have to walk back up to your villa. The villa was very clean and organized, we had a wonderful two weeks staying there.

The pool is also right outside your door. Overall the condition of the villa is good:. However, the livngroom rug is stained , very thin and needs to be removed or replaced. Also, the kitchen is well stocked but needs additional silverware.

Carpets and Bedding were very dirty. Bedding had a lot of stains. We had to run the vacuum when we arrived the carpets were dirty. Hot water ran out very quickly .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this rental for an extended period of time - 10 weeks total - so it became home. We enjoyed the location and the proximity to the beach, with access to restrooms on the beach, was priceless. The unit itself was nice, but in the long term it was difficult for my husband who has a disability, making the many steps a challenge. There are stairs to reach the front door, stairs to reach the main floor and then stairs to the second floor, where the only two restrooms are located. For short term stays and people without limited mobility, this wouldn't be an issue. We appreciated the beach chairs. New mattress in the master was nice and most furniture was in good condition. Kitchen supplies could use an upgrade or freshening. The master bath could definitely use a remodel as it smells strongly of mold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay on HHI and the location of this property was a big part of that, allowing us to walk the beach daily.

Perfectly placed vacation rental

The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, splash pad, park and restaurants. The pool was excellent, my little boy LOVED it and as a mom, I loved that it was directly outside the deck. The lock was a little tricky initially, but management was extremely prompt with coming to help, even after hours. Overall, the property was great but the floor needed a good sweeping.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a decent place to stay. It was really great to be right by the pool and next to family in neighboring condos. The condo was nicely decorated but the condo itself was very outdated, which made it also feel not very clean. Windows in kitchen had no blinds or curtains which meant lack of privacy. There was a stain on the comforter in the bedroom and the wall art was not hanging on the wall. We had a leak in our sink that was quickly fixed after letting management know. The vacuum didn’t work well which was not ideal with having a 14 month old crawling around the floors. The dryer would short out when running sometimes and had to flip the breaker and restart. Just little things that were disappointing for paying so much money for the rental, especially when comparing to our family’s neighboring condos and amenities.
