The villas at Plantation Club are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and offer the best booking experience when reserved directly through our website.

Completely remodeled in 2020, this elegantly furnished 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa offers a luxurious home-away-from-home experience. Golf enthusiasts will love the stunning views of the 9th green of the Ocean Golf Course from the front, and panoramic vistas of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course from the rear patio. The Plantation Golf Center & Driving Range is just a short walk away.

The main floor features a spacious living room and dining area that opens onto the rear patio, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a convenient powder room. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, high-definition TV, a full bath with a large walk-in shower, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, while the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a TV, and a full bath with a shower and tub.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.

Located near Harbour Town, you'll enjoy access to the scenic Yacht Basin, iconic lighthouse, and a variety of restaurants, shops, and live entertainment. Golf aficionados can challenge themselves at the Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament.

Just a 5-minute walk to Sea Pines' premier beach and the Beach Club, where you can savor ocean views, great dining, and spectacular sunsets. For a refreshing swim, the family-friendly Plantation Club pool is less than 100 yards from the villa. Explore the area with ease. Bike rentals are available next door, and a trolley stop about 100 yards away provides convenient transport to Harbour Town and other Sea Pines attractions.

Lovely home with 3 bedrooms each with a full bath. I will not leave home without my dog so a dog friendly property is appreciated. The rental agency was attentive and super easy to rent from. Would recommend renting from them. Will be back for sure. !

The kitchen had plenty of utensils stocked. We enjoyed being right on the golf course and loved that the pool was so close to this unit. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, but we rented bikes which helped. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we could not check in before 4. We arrived at 11, and the unit was already cleaned, but we had to wait for someone to come check the unit and they did not come until 4. Regardless, we would definitely recommend this unit for others.

We love the home it was wonderful and location was perfect ,we hated to leave , We had to go by towels for pool I think some should be in house for rentals. We could have used cards or games for rainy day, But we enjoyed it so much. Pool area needs up date chairs so outdated and deck needs help.

Nice Hilton Head Getaway!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo on golf course! Although air conditioner not working well upstairs (it was very warm upstairs the bedroom with twin beds was the worse) we called VTHH and they brought us 3 box fans the following morning to help with the heat. We kept the blinds closed upstairs the entire week of July 4th stay to help cool things off. Overall aside from the upstairs lack of air conditioning the condo was as described. Floors could definitely use a good cleaning.....The beach is about a half mile walk to get to it. A mile round trip. Make sure you bring a wagon to carry your beach items! We rented bikes and explored the island which was fun! Fireworks at Harbor Town on the 4th were awesome! Don’t know if I would rent this particular unit again in the Summer unless air conditioning addressed. And parking was definitely an issue. Probably because it was the week of July 4th. Permanent residents left notices on your car to let you know how unhappy they were you were there! Knowledge of alternate parking areas would be helpful!

Great Week at Plantation Club 449

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Plantation Club 449 and had a great week. The unit was updated, clean, and beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms is a great plus. This unit has 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with their own attached bathrooms. An added bonus is a half-bath on the first floor. The kitchen has all the utensils needed to prepare meals and eat in for the night. And although they are not advertised, there are a couple of hair dryers in the unit.Here are some quick and accurate numbers for getting to Sea Pines Beach Club- Drive (2 minutes), Bike (5 minutes), Walk (10 minutes). There is a Trolley stop close by as well, but we did not use it. There is also a very nice ground floor patio at this condo as well. I highly recommend this unit. We will be back.

Well stocked, nicely furnished property. Pictures are accurate depictions of what you may expect. ONLY TWO comments for perfection: brighter lighting in smaller king bedroom and living room carpet shampoo. Very much enjoyed our two weeks.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous!! Decorated beautifully and location was perfect! Condo is equipped with everything you will need. Very clean and perfect for our family. Right on the fairway of the 9th hole on Atlantic Dunes and a short walk to the beach! Check in process was very easy. I would 💯 recommend and we will definitely stay there again! Don’t be fooled.

The place is nice. Not properly kept. There were big spiders and webs. Roaches in the kitchen and downstairs living room. There was a live frog in the toilet that wouldn’t flush. We weren’t able to stay one night due to the amount of bugs. The place looks beautiful but is already inhabited by bugs.

Wonderful condo on golf course

The only issue was the smoke alarm that decided to go off at 10pm and wouldn't stop.

Great location, great unit

This unit was perfect for the six of us. The location was great - just a short bike ride to Coligny Beach and Shops, Harbortown and Salty Dog. Overall a great experience. Only issue was that we encountered a few unwanted guests (spiders, cockroaches) in the unit. Nothing too out of control, and to be somewhat expected for the area. Nonetheless, I think there's an opportunity for the managers to increase attention to pest control. Despite that (minor) issue, we would totally rent the unit again.
