When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Beautiful place in a beautiful location

The property was so much bigger than what i expected. It was close to everything you could need and the multiple pools on the property meant they weren't over crowded. So much to do and so many amenities.

Loved our stay here!

What a cozy and beautifully decorated condo. We had a great view of the golfers, were on the first floor, and loved the decor and cozy setup, especially the recliners. This place has everything you need during your stay. We'll be back!

A cozy home away from home

A lovely place to call home for a week. Enough space for my family and I (my husband, three girls and myself). We especially liked the fact it was on the first floor (no stairs), easy for unloading and reloading ourselves from the parking lot.

2023 Beach Trip

This was our first time staying in Sunset Beach and we loved it. The condo was very clean and more than we had hoped for. The condo was perfectly listed between the ocean and local restaurants. The complex was very nice and it was peaceful. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice, however the mattress in the far bedroom was broken (maybe the springs were worn out in one section) and there was a large dark stain in the carpet in the same room. Also, there was dried food on the couch in the sitting area of the same bedroom. Look like macaroni and cheese lol. The other bedrooms bathroom had stained dirty, looking throw rugs in it. Both of those beds were comfortable. Other than those things, it was a nice condo. I forgot to add the pictures of the throw rugs below.

Quick Trip

Property was just as advertised. We had five adults in our party and there was plenty of room. The living room furniture and beds were all comfortable. The condo was well stocked and the washer and dryer were new. The dual thermostat was also nice, everyone stayed comfortable. The only negative would be the pool. It's not within walking distance and it closes at 5:00.

Best Rental Ever

This rental is the best I've ever been to. Has so many amenities and is in a good location. Very clean and homey. It has a lot more room than I thought it would. It was just my partner and I and we had more than enough room. It was affordable and super high end for the price I feel. Beds are comfortable, and great water pressure. (That matters). Has a dishwasher and washer and dryer. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

The condo on the whole was great! We loved the lay out, the living area furniture and amenities. However, the unit was not as clean as you would want. There was trash on the floors and the carpets had several stains they had been there for a while. The lamp shade in the apartment side was coming apart. The ceiling fan in the apartment did not work either. The dead bolt on the apartment outside door did not work. It took a while to get the other lock to work but we did. One of the mattresses on the apartment side has seen better days for sure. I know it sounds like a lot but we did enjoy the condo. I just feel these are some issues the owner of the unit needs to be aware of. Again, all in all we did enjoy our stay and will book again in the future. Thank you, Lynn Cooper

Vacation

Condo was cute and comfortable. I paid a cleaning fee, but had to strip all beds, bathroom rugs were dirty, and the top of the headboards were full of dust. They offered use of washer and dryer, the washer smelled of mildew so bad that we didn’t want to use it. Will not return.

Sunset Beach mini vacation.

The condo was gorgeous. Everything was very clean. The place was well stocked for visitors, with everything from nicely stocked kitchen to nightlights and a laundry basket. Would return or recommend. Applying for the rental was not organized though. I have been a customer of Home Away/ VRBO for years and don’t remember so many steps. When I thought I was approved I didn’t pay attention to my email. Then I received a request for my ID. Sent ID and thought I was done. Then a few hours later you wanted to verify my phone number. Okay, thought I was done. Then needed to sign in several spots on the contract. I understand why all of this is necessary for VRBO, but couldn’t you state that you need all of this at one time? We checked in after hours. Had a small issue gaining access. Spoke with a representative within 5 minutes at 10:00 pm who was very pleasant and professional. She worked us through the issue. Overall a wonderful mini vacation.

Nice property and location

Nice, sunny condo but was cluttered with too much furniture and misc. accessories making it hard to get around the condo and to find open counter space for our own items. It was fairly clean but the bathroom rugs looked like they needed cleaning. Found some trash in the waste baskets from the previous users.

Quick visit with family

We needed some extra room for our family during our holiday get together. The condo worked out perfectly. It was neat, clean and equipped with everything needed. The location is great also.

Amazing stay

Condo is absolutely beach and extremely well kept and clean. Located in a quiet area which is a nice break after busy day at the beach. Beach is about 10 min drive. We will definitely come back! Management company is on top if everything- so easy to deal with
