Welcome to this charming Cape Cod cottage in the heart of Barnstable Village! With water views, the private neighborhood beach just steps away, and Barnstable Harbor and the Village close by, this is a wonderful location for your Cape Cod vacation. Enter the cottage from the spacious deck into the bright, open-concept living and dining area. The comfortable living room offers plenty of space to relax, along with a large TV for streaming your favorite shows. A sleep sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations.
The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to a family dinner at home.

Head down the hall to the three comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a California king-size bed and large closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and TV. Bedroom 3 offers one twin bed and one full-size bed. A shared full bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
The large deck and yard are sure to become favorite gathering spots on sunny days and warm Cape Cod evenings. Start your morning with coffee on the deck while enjoying the partial water views, relax on the chaise lounges, or play outdoor games on the spacious lawn. After a long relaxing day at the beach, rinse off in the large enclosed outside shower, a favorite among vacationers of all ages! In the evening, fire up the gas grill and enjoy dinner outside at the patio table.

Stroll to Barnstable Harbor or head into Barnstable Village for a bite to eat. The Village offers great restaurants, a specialty market, coffee shop and antique stores. Hyannis is also just a short drive away for grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
