Esta hermosa casa ubicada en una CALLE TRANQUILA en MM 1 del brazo Big niangua tiene 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños. Nuevos pisos, baños renovados y excelente terraza acristalada, hoguera, terraza y bañera de hidromasaje para relajarse. 2 de las habitaciones son suites principales (una arriba, una cama King y una abajo, una cama Queen) y funcionan muy bien para familias o espacio adicional. Otro dormitorio tiene una cama Queen, los tres dormitorios principales dan al lago. Una habitación con literas para niños con una cama matrimonial en la parte inferior y una doble en la parte superior tiene PS2 y juegos de mesa para que disfruten. Área de bar en la planta baja familiar, dos chimeneas y TV / cable e internet disponibles para su disfrute.
Hay una gran sala familiar arriba y abajo, cada una con chimenea de gas. La cocina es grande con isla y taburetes. Plan abierto en el comedor y la sala familiar. El área de comedor tiene una mesa grande con capacidad para al menos 8 más asientos en el bar y la terraza acristalada está directamente fuera de esto y tiene asientos adicionales con vista al lago.
Gran muelle privado de 2 resbalones, uno contiene nuestro jet ski y elevador que no está disponible para su uso, pero puede estacionar detrás de él. Estás a solo 20 minutos del centro comercial outlet Osage, golf, parques acuáticos, minigolf, karts, etc. Esta casa frente al lago está en el 1 MM del Big Niangua en una ubicación de cala con aguas tranquilas y seguras para que los niños pequeños naden. Los restaurantes de agua cercanos son Captain Ron's, Larry's, Dirty Duck, Pier 31 y Fish and Co.
La casa también tiene parrilla, lavadora y secadora, viene completamente amueblada con utensilios, platos, toallas, ropa de cama, etc. El hogar se mantiene limpio y actualizado y es cómodo, incluso para grupos grandes. Family vacation

The house was as advertised. The little bay was prefect for swimming. Lot of boats going by in the main channel, but no traffic in the bay. Kids were able to swim all day.

Perfect paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there with friends and family. There was enough room for all of us to spread out and have our privacy. The kitchen was the gathering spot where we all cooked and created wonderful memories together.I would highly recommend this property to large groups. After a day out on the lake it was nice to come home and relax in the hot tub. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful house

I rented the house for a family get together this summer. The house is beautiful and very spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved having the extra refrigerator, we needed all the space we could get for the food, and not to mentions the large pantry. The owner Jamie was so helpful with the rental process. She also checked to make sure our stay was everything we expected. Thank you Jamie, looking forward to staying there again.

Great house for a group! Nice swimming spot tucked back in the cove

Overall, we had a great stay. The house had plenty of comfortable places to sleep. Love the easy short walk to the dock which was perfect for hanging out and swimming. It's tucked back in the cove which kept things peaceful. We brought our 25 foot boat and it fit perfect in the open slip. Check in was super easy! Jamie is a great host. The only thing I would improve is a faster coffee maker. It would take 30 minutes to make a single pot. Other than that, it was great!

Practical but dates

Location is great (for what we were doing). Dock is nice. Driveway was large enough for 2 vehicles and our boat trailer. House is very dated. Cleanliness inside and out is somewhat lacking. Lots of broken stuff…microwave, sink, etc. With a little bit of effort from the ownership and cleaning crew this place could be pretty decent. Overall it did serve our purpose but not at the level of luxury I expected.

Great dock, home and location

We were out on the big dock the majority of the time. We loved that the walk down to the dock wasn't a great descent. The home is beautiful, had plenty of room and sleeping space for a large group. The room off of the primary bedroom was very hot and we wouldn't recommend someone use this area for sleeping. We had to contact the owner to be able to get into the house because the lock on the door wasn't working at the time of arrival. The oven also wasn't functioning and we had multiple meals prepared for this appliance. The owners sent a repairman out within a half hour, but he was unable to repair the oven. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this location for large groups!

Excellent!

Lovely...Picture perfect setting and great having room for all the family. We cooked all our meals and really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. The area apparently doesn't do recycling so we took all our bottles, cans and cardboard with us.

This was an awesome place for our family vacation of 13 people.

The house was great for our family of 13. The owner was great to work with. Great restaurants close. Dock was amazing and the kayaks were a hit for the kids. Nice calm cove for swimming

Family gathering

This is a great property. The reviews are accurate and the house worked well for our large family gathering (16). It is on a quiet cove with a nice swim platform for playing in the water, which we did every day. The boat slip is available and easy to access/use. The open areas allowed the kids to play games inside. We were able to park 4 cars and 2 trailers (w/boats) in the driveway. The extra fridge space in the basement and garage were very helpful. Overall we had a great week on the property. Thanks for having us.

Anniversary celebration

Overall we were happy with the property. The location was relatively quiet and gave the grandkids a great place to swim. The large dock had a good sized seating area along with 2 kayaks and noodles. We all enjoyed that area a lot. The house was very spacious and handled our group of 10 easily. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The 2 refrigerators were nice to have. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars overall was because there was not a Wii game (as advertised and the grandkids were counting on that) and the fire pit was really not usable for a group. It is only 3 feet from the water/sea wall and the ground is sloped around it. We had planned on using it but never even tried to.

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful time relaxing for our family getaway. The property was clean and just like it looks in the photo. We enjoyed setting on the dock and watching lake life. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to come back!

Perfect for our family reunion

We had an excellent stay. The house was great for our multi-generational family reunion: lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to socialize, a great dock with kayaks, a quiet cove and beautiful sunset views. We appreciated the extra refrigerator in the garage but the cookware in the kitchen needs an upgrade (the pots and pans were in poor condition; there weren’t enough mixing bowls and serving plates for a big group). It’s a delightful spot and we’d definitely come again!

Nice quiet cove location

Nice quiet cove location with a great swim area. My family really enjoyed all areas of the house and boat dock / swim deck. Owner was very responsive and helpful as well.

Fun Weekend With Friends

We had a nice quite relaxing weekend with friends! The hot tub was awesome, the dock was huge and so fun to fish off of, and we went to Ha Ha Tonka national park nearby. Thanks for a great time!

My kind of place!

Our stay was perfect. Absolutely nothing to criticize. Property is in excellent shape, well equipped and everything worked. The cove is quiet and a perfect place for the kids to swim. Good neighbors too. Stand in line... I’m reserving again for next summer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful and friendly. The vacation rental was spotless. The location on the lake was fabulous. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental and will return. Reviewer Comments: First time renting this house with 3 families. We loved it! Clean, modern, really nice kitchen, screened in porch, comfortable beds, hot tub, dock etc...and GREAT location! Our home is comfortable, clean, large and on a quiet cove for safe swimming. Plenty of space for a large group. We have been remodeling and updating the home and it will be ready this winter. We are close to popular restaurants like Larrys on the Lake, Pier 31, and Captain Rons.
