South and southwest mountain views, outdoor space, and contemporary design in this conveniently located condo in downtown Asheville. This 6th floor two-bedroom features king and queen masters, each with private baths, and a king sleeper. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown, central to all that Asheville has to offer. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away. The unit also provides 2 free garage parking spaces and an EV Charger. Cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

We really enjoyed the condo! It is just a block or two from the very heart of the downtown area, so it was a short walk to everything. There is a Mountain View, there is also a hospital so we heard a lot of ambulance traffic, but it was a great condo and we would love to stay there again.

Great Week in Asheville!

We stayed here for the week of July 4th and it was amazing! The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. It was the prefect amount of space for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. The outdoor balcony is awesome with an incredible view (we were able to watch fireworks from it on the 4th!). The parking garage worked out great (including the EV charger for our car).The location was our favorite part. We were able to walk to most everything and it was easy to pop in if we needed to freshen up before our next stop. Only thing to note (not a negative, but just a reality of being in the city) is the noise - you can hear loud cars drive by, emergency vehicles and people being loud on the street. The host provided sound machines, which really helped and we also grabbed some earplugs for our kids.We had the best time and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay right in downtown Asheville!

An Enjoyable Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. While we didn't have much time to spend on the balcony, we did appreciate having the outdoor space. It was especially convenient to have the basement garage. The location was great - close to downtown and a short drive to the Biltmore. We definitely would stay again.

Perfect trip!

Getaway with friends and this property was perfect. Loved sitting on the balcony for coffee to start our day and a glass of wine at the end. The location was close walking to restaurants and shopping....very near the Biltmore and a local golf course as well. The condo was immaculate and contact with the property manager was quick and efficient. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be back!

Spectacular views, great location, clean and modern

This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this unit. It comes with 2 secured parking spaces and is immaculately clean with a modern decor. Location with in walking distance of galleries, restaurants and breweries. Views are a plus.

Asheville Getaway

This condo was located perfectly, close to practically everything! It was great that everything was new and fresh looking, decor was tasteful. The building is very secure, almost too secure. Only suggestion would be to minimize the amount of codes you have to remember. Owner should note that the layout if great for someone wheelchair bound or with a walker- it was ideal for my dad who walks with assistance. Thanks for a great stay.

Great condo in a great location

Would absolutely recommend staying at this condo. Everything was as advertised. It is nice, new and well appointed. The views of the mountains are great and the balcony is enormous with nice seating. My only concern at first was the bedrooms being right near the living room (particularly with a baby) but the walls were well insulated from noise. The location is also great and right at the start of the downtown area so walkable to most restaurants and shops (albeit uphill). The management company communication was also great. We had an issue with one of the bedroom doors and they came right away. Overall great place!

Great location!

We wanted to stay in town and this condo checked all the boxes. Beautiful, modern, clean and an outdoor deck with fabulous views. Easy to walk to breweries and eating areas. We hope to return someday, and won’t hesitate to book here again!

Great location - almost perfect for an amenities perspective

Couldn’t pick a better location for walking to and from downtown Asheville and being in a properly large accommodation. The only critique we have is the kitchen pots/pans were underwhelming for cooking on-site and the amenities like tissue, toilet paper and paper towel were a bit below the quality that a rental in this price range would typically command. (We are also a short term rental owner, so we understand the trade-offs). Would we stay here again? Yes! Just bring some toilet paper that is comfortable, some tissues that are thick and some paper towel and kitchen utensils that will get the job done a little better. The garage is amazing and completely secure. Building is quiet (though some club noise on the weekends) and the other residents are friendly.

Our Favorite Asheville Place to Stay

Immaculate and tastefully decorated unit. This 2BR/2Ba has spectacular views and the location can’t be beat. A plus is the 2 secure parking spaces and a secure building. We will stay here again.

This unit is spectacular. It is on the 6th floor, so beautiful Mountain View’s and sunsets. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tastefully decorated.

There weren’t a lot of reviews so I was nervous about booking. I’m so glad I did it anyway! The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Photos were accurate. Loved the patio!!! Would book again without hesitation.

Best vacation rental ever

I own and run a luxury vacation rental in Austin and have stayed in quite a few rentals through the years. This is the best one I’ve ever stayed in. The place was spacious, clean and beautiful. We were close to lots of great shops, galleries and restaurants in the neighborhood and downtown was an easy walk beyond. The kitchen was well stocked and so many extras were included in the house (extra soaps, towels, Nespresso pods, half and half, etc.) The showers were great, the balcony was generously sized and accessible from each bedroom. (It faced south, and could watch the sunset) The contact person was easily reached and they even let us check in an hour early. Absolutely A+++

Wonderful Space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 2nd time staying at this property and our first time in this condo. The space is bright and roomy. We had the sliding doors open the entire week and it was amazing to have all that great mountain air! Would 100% stay again.Two things of note: First, please get some luggage carts for the building! It’s a chore to pack for a week and have to make multiple trips to load and unload. Second, the dryer is vent-less and takes forever to dry your clothes. If you’re doing laundry, plan for about 2 hours to get things dry. (This was the case in both condos that we stayed in)
