Shamrock Lakes is located in the south-eastern part of Cape Coral in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood situated on the beautiful Shamrock Lake. The lake visually blends into the landscape like a giant cloverleaf. This unique vacation Villa offers 3 individually furnished bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a beautiful den for relaxing and working, 2 modern bathrooms and an electrically heated swimming pool with southern facing lake views. When entering the house you are being taken over by "the vacation feeling" due to the beautiful view of the swimming pool and lake.
The main bedroom with a modern bathroom invites you to unwind and relax. From here one can enjoy beautiful views and one has direct access to the pool and lake. The other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the house, where the second bathroom for our guests is located and also serves as a pool bathroom.
In the center of this Boho Style villa is a fully equipped and comfortable kitchen. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, the comfortable living room and dining room and also forms the heart of the house.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, lounge chaises and cooking outside on the BBQ. For our guests who like fishing, stand-up paddle boarding, canoeing or just relaxing at the lake, there is direct access to the water through the private dock at the house.

The home offers beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a cooler.
