This 3 Bedroom – 2 Bathroom villa with sleeping capabilities for 8 with queen-sized sleeper sofa - boasts just over 1700 sq ft, making Coral Palace the perfect Villa for your much-needed Southwest Florida vacation.

The Master bedroom with its king-size bed. Beautifully decorated, this bedroom will leave you comforted from the moment you enter. The first guest room is spacious and furnished with a queen-size bed. The second guest room is has 2 twin beds. No matter which room you choose, you will find they all are exactly what you need to completely unwind and get away from it all.

Great for all ages in the family. With a full size entertainment room with theater seating, foosball table, air hockey, and a 65 in tv for your viewing pleasure!! Easy access to conveniences, water sports, family fun, and plenty of relaxation can be enjoyed here in this beautiful home away from home! Looking for a little more relaxation and less excitement, just kick back on the dock and cast a line into the freshwater canal.

The Cape Coral Home

The home was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay with all the comforts of home. The game room was the highlight of the trip. The check in and out process was very smooth.

Villa Coral Palace

We had an extended stay at Villa Coral Palace. During that time we were able to entertain family and friends. The accommodations were exactly what we wanted. Always something to do, great restaurants in the area, shopping, lounges by the pool, and gorgeous sunrises. Loved every minute of our time spent in Cape Coral.

Shamrock lake

We had an amazing time at this home. It was beautiful and it was clean. The view was amazing of Shamrock lake, and it was perfect in every way. The only thing I wish we had known was that the game room was not air-conditioned. My family looks forward to using it and it was too hot. We will definitely be booking next year.

Villa Cape Coral

As soon as you walk into the home, it looks beautiful and feels welcoming. The soothing blue colors throughout the home are lovely. All beds in the bedrooms were comfortable with soft linens and nice bedding. Furniture was modern and attractive. There was a tv in every bedroom (no cable though, so bring your own streaming subscriptions) and a very large TV in the living room. Well appointed kitchen with nice appliances. The garage was transformed into a movie/game room. It wasn't our thing, but looks like fun. The very best part of the home was the beautiful lanai and great pool. The view was spectacular, and we enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning while having our coffee. Overall, we loved our stay. Thank you for a lovely property in a lovely neighborhood.

Under construction

Ducks were swimming in the pool. The awesome view was obstructed by piles of gutters, pool cage, and trash. No communication to us that the outside amenities were still damaged from the hurricane. Tried to go outside to enjoy the view and two contractors were standing around the pool discussing repairs. We had damage to our house in Naples and just wanted a week away. No communication at all from property managers. Pool was filthy and could not be used. The boats were full of construction trash and could not be used. The pool enclosure was sitting in a pile in the grass. Wildlife was roaming freely on the lanai. Again no communication.

Family Spring Break in Cape Coral

My husband and I were joined by our daughter and her family at this rental home. We had a wonderful week weatherize and enjoyed having the pool right outside our door! The location of the house was close to stores, restaurants, main roads, etc. Layout of the house was nice for multi-family use with the master suite separate from the two guest rooms. The kitchen was very clean and was supplied with nice cookware, dishes, etc. The master bed was extremely comfortable, but our daughter and her husband reported that the guest bed was very small and not comfortable. The garage game room was a very nice amenity but was stuffy with no air conditioning and a gaming system would have been a plus. Upon arrival, we reported that only two usable lounge chairs were present by the pool when the pictures showed four. We were alerted that chairs had been ordered but they were not delivered in time for us to use. Very disappointing. The wrought iron furniture in the lanai is old and rusted to the point that chair legs were broken. The ceiling fan in the living room also did not work. When reported, a battery was delivered, but that only activated the light and not the fan. All in all, we had a very nice vacation at the home and appreciate the quality linens and other appointments in the property. Thank you very much!
