This property did not disappoint. It was exactly as described. The check-in process was easy and flawless. But the best part - the view from the living room and balcony. Wow!

Great condo

The condo was great. Very clean. Only complaint I have is the dryer door wouldn’t stay closed. But was able to prop a rod to hold it shut. Would stay here again for sure!

Very clean, but had some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean. The beds were not that comfortable and the blankets felt like plastic. The pool was too cold to swim in (we went in October) and the management would NOT turn on the pool heater.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 20 de oct de 2024
Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear the unit was clean and we will pass along your concerns about the beds to the appropriate party. The Islander Homeowners Association is responsible for the pool and the heater is not turned on until Thanksgiving. We hope to have another opportunity to host you again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes it was very enjoyable. Just a suggestion to the owner, the electric range heating eyes are very unlevel and a problem using, also the living room couch is rather uncomfortable. Other than those two things is a wonderful place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself is nice but it was not well cleaned before our stay. Not family friendly with littles as there was not one plastic cup or plate. No hand soap or dish soap. Bring EVERYTHING!We could not use the patio because other tenants were smoking different things from sun up to sun down.

Great condo!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this unit! We’ve stayed at this condo building several times but this is the first time for this unit. Everything was decorated nicely and we loved having the king bed and 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom. The only thing that was missing was a hair dryer. A lot of the units had one so that is the only thing I’d add.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 17 de sept de 2023

Family beach getaway

Great location. Plenty of nearby restaurants and a grocery store allowing us to avoid the Destin traffic. Easy beach access. Accommodations were very nice. Plenty of towels! Floors could use a good scrub down but overall the place was clean and well appointed for our needs. Communication with the property manager was awesome! We would stay here again!
