The condo boasts a spacious kitchen area complete with a generous breakfast bar overlooking the dining room and living areas, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Equipped with a comprehensive selection of appliances, the kitchen is fully stocked, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease.

You'll discover two primary suites, each furnished with a king bed and featuring its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, the third bedroom offers ample space with two queen beds and a private bathroom for added convenience.

The living room presents a large flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding with your favorite shows or sports events. Step out onto the balcony, accessible from the living room, and savor your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail while taking in the refreshing views. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV for your entertainment.

A short walk from the property, Yacht Club Villas presents a spacious pool area for your enjoyment. Access to the pool requires a pool pass, and our team can provide you with further details on any restrictions. Additionally, there is a grill area available for your use, allowing you to indulge in some outdoor cooking.

Please note that all guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at our property. A responsible adult over the age of 25 must be present at all times. Smoking, pets, motorcycles, and golf carts are not permitted on the premises. During the prime season, there is a minimum stay of 4 nights. For your peace of mind, on-site nighttime security is provided. Only 2 parking passes allowed.
