Guest Access:

Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Palmetto Dunes. Two parking passes will be provided. Inverness Village does not allow more than 2 parking passes per stay.

The villa is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort's Inverness Village. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. The resort has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
