Bridges Townhome 15 Remodeled Mountain View Townhome with Private Jacuzzi and Garage by RedAwning

This 4 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom townhome has been completely remodeled

from the ground up! New flooring throughout every room, along with completely

remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. It is located just a hop, skip and a jump to

Eagle Lodge and is perfect for your large group or family looking to relax in

a quiet part of town. The townhome features vaulted ceilings, a large open

floorplan in the living area, wood-burning fireplace, and dining area with

seating for 10. This unit includes a full kitchen with all of the appliances

you would need to feel right at home. You'll also enjoy the private jacuzzi

with gorgeous mountain views!



The master bedroom features a Queen bed, attached private bathroom with double

vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a

Queen bed and attached private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

The third and fourth bedrooms each offer a Queen bed with a shared bathroom

with double vanity and walk-in shower. The upstairs loft is perfect for kids

or singles with a total of 6 twin beds (1 bunk with 2 twin beds, and 2 twin

beds with twin trundle beds underneath) and a shared bathroom at the bottom of

the loft stairs with a single vanity and walk-in shower. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more.



A spectacular group or family townhome just a short walk to Eagle Lodge! This

townhome sleeps a maximum of 14 people, comes with a private single car garage

with 2 additional outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, and is 4 levels

inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is

required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative

options. There is no smoking and no pets permitted. Our calendar is updated in

Family fishing getaway

Location was amazing, right on and right off from the village and to lake mary as well as other lakes. House had a great layout, all the cooking necessities you could ask for. The only thing i would recommend is bring a fan if you like to stay cool or need the noise of a fan at night as there are no ceiling fans in the house. Didnt use the hot tub. Would definitely come back!

Delightful Accommodation

Our group included friends and family. We had 6 people that stayed the entire time and 3 others that were there part of the time. Mostly we were skiers and boarders but had a couple people that were just there for R&R. Great location, very large place with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Very few complaints, a minor issue with adequate drainage in one of the downstairs showers but otherwise a lovely place for our group.

Great view and location. Condo was clean and roomy. However the fridge needs a new door seal, window shades in the living room are faulty, BBQ grill not available and the bunk bed in the loft is not sturdy. Minor fixes but overall a nice place to stay.

We had a great time. Jacuzzi had some malfunctioning jets and could not be refilled when it became low.Was disappointed to not have access to the master bedroom closet for hanging clothes and luggage storage.

Bachelorette Retreat Success!!

This house was pretty much perfect! It was my sisters bachelorette weekend so we had a private chef come in, we hit up the Hot Springs and enjoyed time in town. The onsite Jacuzzi was amazing! Clean up requirements were super easy and appreciated.

Highly recommend Mammoth Reservations!!!

We had an incredible stay recently in Mammoth Lakes. The property was just what we wanted...clean, spacious with plenty of room. The set up is ideal for multiple families looking for an excellent location. The beds could be a little more comfortable but that's minor, I would stay here again.

Ski In & Out and Great for Groups!

Bridges 15 was perfect for our group. The California stay-at-home order leading up to our stay was concerning, but the property manager was super communicative and the order was lifted right before our trip. At the time of booking, I knew the Townhome was super close to Eagle Lodge, but I didn't realize it was ski in/out until we arrived. It snowed almost 9 feet the week before our stay, so I'm not sure how easy it is with less snow. To access the slopes, you walk maybe 500 feet down the street (downhill getting to the slopes, uphill on the way home) and then hike up a small hill (down on the way home) which was tiring but not impossible for anyone in our group of skiers/snowboarders of all levels. Once you get up that hill it drops you right at the end of the Bridges run, before it meets Lupin run on the way down to Eagle Lodge. It was life-changing to not have to get in the car every day! The house was also great on the inside- plenty of room for our group of 10 to spread out and a very large hot tub on the deck just outside of the master bedroom were our favorite features. The kitchen was well-stocked, but we wished there were more baking sheets and bowls to eat out of- nothing we couldn't improvise though. Everyone in our group commented on how flat the bed pillows were, so definitely recommend bringing your own if you can. Some of mattresses in the upstairs loft were quite worn as well. Also noteworthy- we had more than three cars but there is a first-come, first-served guest parking bay next to the unit where we were able to put one of our cars for the weekend with a parking pass received with our keys. Overall, this is a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again myself and highly recommend to others- the location can't be beat!

An amazing introduction to Mammoth

I have to say this was the BEST value for our money we have ever spent in all the years we have been renting 'vacation' homes, in the USA. We are a LARGE family and this was perfect for us. Absolutely clean, and had beautiful views. Management was quick to reply to any questions. Totally recommend this home to anyone. Close to SO much. Close enough to Yosemite/Tuolumne Meadows so we were able to enjoy every other day there. We enjoyed horseback riding, hiking, biking, walking, kayaking, and wonderful meals together in the evenings in the home. Thank you.

Great for a Large Group

Four families (14 adults and teens/pre-teens) had a great experience. There was plenty of room for all of us. Our two biggest issues were the screens and handles on the windows which made it difficult to keep the bugs out but let the fresh mountain air in. The kids were not happy with the mattresses for the loft and most did not sleep well. A smoke alarm was chirping in the middle of the night. When we investigated we found that the batteries had not been changed since 2018 (definitely need to make this a priority). Overall, though, the space was nice and clean, the rental company was effective and if they make improvements to the items mentioned above, we would definitely stay here again.

Annual Super Bowl/B-Day Trip

Great location. Walk down to Eagle, put skis on and away you go. The unit is very roomy and has all the amenities needed to stay in and cook if that is your plan. We never had to get back in our cars. This is our 6th time staying at the Bridges.

Our family would rent again

What a nice place to rent, my family and I stayed for a week. Some minor things smoke detector was beeping for low battery, I called Mammoth Sierra about the problem and it was never fixed annoying to sleep with beeping. They could use some larger frying pans. Like I said pretty minor problems, the condo is great and we would still rent it again.

Really nice place to stay

We spend 3 nights, it's really nice places to stay and enjoyed while we were there.I couldn't give 5 stars because we were 5 adult couples and it has 4 bedrooms and a loft.Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Beautiful with a perfect view

We were so happy with the townhouse that we rented. The kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures are all modern. We have such a nice view. All the family was so thankful and grateful of how beautiful and comfortable the townhouse is. Definitely, we will be using again the company in the future and we will refer this to families and friends. Thank you Mammoth Sierra Reservations. It was a comfortable family reunion and a mini getaway with my family.
