Resumen:
This luxurious & modern lake view home boasts all the resort-style amenities that are ideal for families, small groups, & lake-going weekend warriors! This stunning home is located in the beautiful Horseshoe Bay area. It is a brand new home that proves to be an entertainer’s dream with three outdoor patios/decks, an open concept living area downstairs, and ample bedroom spaces upstairs.

It is truly a gem with stunning water views and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone! The main floor has a spacious kitchen, living, and dining area that is generously equipped to handle gatherings with your friends and family. There are six televisions throughout the home and plenty of other amenities to entertain you. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to dine in or entertain: indoor & outdoor dishes, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses, and all the appliances you will need to cook. There is no need to bring anything when you stay at this home.
The home has three bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms sleeping eight comfortably. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest in mattresses and bedding, offering optimal comfort and a comfy night's sleep, especially after a long day exploring and enjoying the lake. In addition to the three bedrooms upstairs, there is a game room perfect for kids and teenagers! In the game room you’ll find a large screen tv, an assortment of games and a comfortable sofa that pulls out to sleep two.
When you are ready to enjoy the outdoors – you will have plenty to choose from! If you are feeling active you can take the two person kayak out on the lake, play ping pong or play one of several other outdoor games you have access to. When you are ready to relax, there are three outdoor living spaces – depending on your mood, you can choose to relax in the hammock, watch the sunset from the fire table or take in the sun in the lounge chairs on the upper deck! Entertaining outdoors is easy with the BBQ grill, outdoor dining area and an outdoor TV.
This home was built in 2020 and has all the amenities you could ask for! Other features include a laundry area, plenty of parking and generously furnishings throughout the home.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $63.87 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Boating, fishing, and other water activities are popular pastimes on the lake, providing ample opportunities for outdoor enjoyment.
Sweet Berry Farm is a wonderful destination for the whole family to visit. This farm offers seasonal activities, allowing visitors to pick their own berries in the spring and pumpkins in the fall. Kids can enjoy pony rides, partake in fun crafts, and create lasting memories in a beautiful countryside setting.
Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge, which is one of the many great parks in the region. 11. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
12. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
