Many New Updates Make this Large Three Bedroom Villa Perfect!

Updates abound in this large three bedroom and three bathroom villa located on the George Fazio Golf Course! Updates include new CoreTech luxury vinyl flooring throughout the entire first floor, new bedding in all three bedrooms and new living room furniture! The villa recently completed all updates which include the above items and additionally new paint throughout!

The kitchen is beautiful with its custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen will be fully-equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal for the family. At the far end of the kitchen is a new eat-in kitchen table with seating for four! The full-size laundry is off the kitchen as well.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area which comfortably seats six. There's a large slider here that leads to your private deck with additional seating at the outdoor dining table.

The living room has been completely refreshed with a huge new contemporary but very comfortable sectional sofa! The rugs and coffee table are also new additions. A Smart TV is available with cable. Completing this space is a wet bar with built-in wine cooler.

The primary bedroom downstairs consists of a king bed, Smart TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is updated with a granite top vanity and spacious walk-in tiled shower.

Heading upstairs, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms and bathrooms. On the right, the first guest bedroom features two queen beds, Smart TV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom has a granite top vanity and a very nice tiled tub and shower combination. On the left at the top of the steps is the second guest bedroom. This bedroom consists of two queen beds, Smart TV and an en-suite guest bathroom. There is a slider in this room that opens to a small balcony with a couple chairs. This guest bathroom has a nicely tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside on your private deck there is an outdoor dining table for your enjoyment. Enjoy views of the George Fazio Golf Course!

Outdoor grills are not permitted. The neighborhood does not have a community grill.

Not worth the money

The furniture is old and peeling(pleather). Beds aren’t comfortable-old and lumpy. It was warm in there and weren’t supposed to put the air down. Lots of bugs in kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen was not stocked very well -as stated. There was garbage left on top of the small full garbage can from previous tenants that raccoons got into -what a gross mess. Plus the recycling was full on arrival. My husband called the garbage company and they said they would come out. They somewhat cleaned up the mess and left the full garbage can! They took the recycling! And everyone who rents-gets free tennis courts in Palmetto Dunes, but they charged me $70 for 2 hours. I told them I was staying there -but I’d forgotten I had a pass for free tennis per day. They said there was a charge -so I paid. Found the card later. Pretty crappy that they try to get your money knowing you should be getting it for free. The family did enjoy HH, not sure I would go back and definitely not to this place.

Reviewer Comments: An annual highlight for my family (with adult kids) and my twin sister’s family (with adult kids and grandkids). 3 side-by-side condos makes for roving fun, roving meals, roving activities (hide-n-seek in one, board games in another and, adult time with music and wine on the biggest covered patio.). Days of golf, bike riding, pickle ball, walking the trails, dining at Alexander’s, and hitting the beach. Nah...... not much to see here :-))SEE YA NEXT YEAR !

Great Stay at 28 Fazio

It was a 10 minute (easy) walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the general store, restaurants and bike rentals. We rented bikes and loved riding bikes through Palmetto Dunes and on the ocean. We loved the Dunes House and beaches.The only negative was that we tried to shift our trip 2 days for Hurricane Debby, but were told we had to buy 2 additional days and wouldn't get refunded. We did this and arrived 2 days after our original date and there were branches and debris all over the property from the hurricane. There was even a branch that caved in the roof of a car in the parking lot. Coming 2 days earlier would have been significant risk to our family and I felt Palmetto Dunes could have been more accommodating due to the circumstances, especially because the condo was available. This is in no way a reflection on the Villa itself.

Tennis getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 10 guys rented three villas for four nights. We have been doing this trip in various versions for 30 years. As a destination Palmetto Dunes can’t be beat. One thing seems to have changed. We all felt that management had been taken over by MBAs. Instead of going out of their way to insure a great time, it felt like they we referring to the rules and regulations on how to save 10 cents. The tennis courts were kept under lock and key. Our salesman (a very good guy) mistakenly promised gift certificates. We I went to pick them up I was referred to the correct rules. It was all about the rules, not about apologizing and making the customer happy.

Reviewer Comments: For the cost we were expecting a very clean and updated villa. This wasn't exactly the case. The location was nice with large oaks around, though guests from other villas cut through the woods right where the back deck was so privacy was an issue. The overall cleanliness was not bad but soon details that needed attention revealed themselves: crusty deposits around all the faucets in bathrooms and shower heads. Streaks on the stainless steel appliances, fallen curtain rod in bedroom, wooden plywood under carpet in bedroom made for unevenness and squeaking, ac unit didn't cope very well with the heat, dirty back deck with sand stains needs to be powerwashed, trashcans around back left from workers, chipped old washer and dryer, plastic pan around washer was a trip hazard, trash can area was disgusting and smelled, the couch was nice!again. If this was a less expensive rental I would overlook all this...
