Resort-Style on-site community amenities include the 6,700 square feet clubhouse, volleyball, zero-entry pool, arcade, cyber café, basketball court, picnic area, and playground.



All linens, towels and pool towels provided for guests. Free high speed wireless internet/cable/local calling. Keyless entry with each guest provided with their own code. We also have a washer and dryer in the home.

Approximately 1 to 4 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a separate email or text message containing your unique QR code. This code will serve as your access pass to enter the community premises.

Trash Valet is provided every day except for Sundays and Wednesdays, starting at 11am.

Here are some tips for trash removal on your community’s trash pickup days:

Homeowners and/or Property Managers are responsible on maintaining the trash bin in a clean and sanitary conditions.

Place your trash bags inside the valet trash bin prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Use only the trash bin provided by your valet waste removal service.

Bag and tie all trash that you place in the trash container.

Make sure there are no unbagged items in your bin.

Break down cardboard boxes before putting them on top of the trash bin.

Double bag all pet waste.

Do not put broken glass or sharp objects into the valet trash bin.

Limit the contents of your valet trash bags to 20 lbs.

Do not leave large items, such as furniture or large boxes, for valet pickup.

In addition, the limit of trash bags is 4 per unit. Any extra trash needs to be taken to the Dumpster. Attached is the Valet

Other Things to Note:

1. Required to sign the rental agreement form. Approximately 1 to 4 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a separate email or text message containing your unique QR code, from GateHouse App. This code will serve as your access pass to enter our community premises.



2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.



3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.

5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.



6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.



7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.



8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.



9.This will be a self-catering house.



10. Please note the home does have a pool that you can swim in however, this is at your own risk.



11. This home features a bunk bed that can be used however it is at your own risk.



12. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
