Morning coffee tastes so much better watching the sun rise over the ocean from the front porch of this gorgeous 4 bedroom home. What a perfect home for your next family vacation! A short walk to the beach where you can bask in the sun with a good book, walk the 3 miles of unspoiled beach, or take in some surf fishing. The open floor plan allows for the family to spread out and relax after a fun day at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to make the perfect meals. There is seating for 6 at the dining table with bar top seating as well.
The first floor bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to the deck. It has also has a TV. The master suite is on the second floor with a king size bed. The bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. There is also a small porch off the bedroom with a view of the ocean. The 3rd bedroom features a queen bed and bathroom. The top bedroom is suitable for young ones as the spiral staircase is quite narrow. This bedroom offers 2 twin beds and has it's own bathroom.
The home is well landscaped (Please don't pick the flowers) and boasts an outdoor shower. The back deck is the perfect spot for watching the birds in the rookery behind the house taking in the breathtaking sunsets.
The house has everything to make your Harbor vacation comfortable and memorable. There is even a TV under the house! Explore the island by golf cart that is provided.
Harbor Island is a private gated beach front community located just 13 miles from Historic Beaufort. The beach is quiet and the water remains calm most of the time. There are fishing spots and a crabbing dock on the island for the use of guests and residents. The house is a short walk to the pool, fitness center and tennis courts. Enjoy the many birds that visit the rookeries on Harbor.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

*3.5 % Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change. Rates: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85;, 8-30 nights $140; 31-365 nights $215. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap.

*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.

Community pools are open on or about April 1 through October 31.
