The place was great. LOVED the location - near to inlet to watch boats and walk to the beach. Downsides were SO MANY different locks and combinations- and lockbox to get gate key- just leave one in the unit! Renting neighbors behind were annoyingly loud at times late at night and early in morning. All said- we loved it there and plan to return

Amazing spot on Mission Beach with fantastic views of the ocean! Limited parking, but otherwise a wonderful experience! The pictures of the space are spot on. Host was great and easy to work with.

We stayed here for the second time. We just love the location, views and comfort of this property. Bruce was super responsive before, during and after our stay. We'll be back!

The location was first rate. A short walk to both the ocean and the bay. The apartment was well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The garage worked really well to store our bicycles in and the garage even had beach chairs and boogie boards to use! It was unseasonably warm when we used this place in August, but we were very happy that a portable A/C unit was available, along with ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. If you're a tall guy like me, watch your head in the garage and walkway to the washer/dryer. My wife and I would absolutely come back here in the future.

Great location

We had a great stay! Great location, walk to the beach and close to many others. Airport noise was the only downfall, but other than that quiet and clean...perfect for our stay!

Great location

Apartment was comfortable and exactly as described. The walk to the beach was easy and lovely, and there are many food and coffee options in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay - bed was comfortable!

Really fun stay!

Very clean and great location for the holiday weekend we stayed. Close proximity to the ocean and I’m happy it had a hot tub in the community area. Guest Contact very responsive. Would stay here again!

Great property

Great property - the beach just a block away. Great beach sidewalk to walk/run/bike on each day. Also an easy drive to great hiking.

Misleading

It would be misleading for me to not reiterate how loud the planes were flying directly over the roof and earplugs did not drown out any bit of the noise. Onward, there was a whole trail of ants in the bathroom when we arrived. The swamp cooler in the living room doesn’t reach the bedroom very well and the weather was warm. I will say the bed and pillows were comfortable. The view is also misleading as it’s of the end of the bay, not the actualocean. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again for even a fraction of what I paid nor recommend it. Beware they’re strict with their 10am checkout time when they’re not even busy. Lastly, there’s a lengthy checkout list of chores. P.S. very tough to get Uber/Lyft pickup where this place is located.

Beautiful and comfortable!

We so enjoyed staying at this property! The location was ideal for beach access, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen was nicely appointed, making meal prep a good option too. We'll be back!

Perfect location and great views

Despite the weather, we really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for two people and it was fun watching the boats go. It was a nice quiet location and we would definitely stay there again. The hosts were also very accommodating with our request for an early check-in. Thanks again for a wonderful short stay.
