Casa frente a la playa directa con encanto reformada de los años 50. Casa de vacaciones recientemente terminada a poca distancia de Bridge Street. Esta unidad se llama "Dream Boat". Dream Boat tiene un balcón superior izquierdo con vista al Golfo de México. Camine por la calle para tomar un helado, un putt-putt golf, la oficina de correos, mucha vida nocturna sin tener que mover su automóvil. Tome el autobús mono hacia Gulf Drive Cafe y disfrute de una piña colada en el único bar tiki en la playa. Tire del sofá cama para dos personas y hay un sofá adicional que duerme uno. Perfecto para una escapada familiar de vacaciones. Traiga sus cañas de pescar y trajes de baño. Dream Boat es la unidad superior izquierda de cuatro unidades de Beach Dreams. Alquile esta unidad o alquile todos ... estacionamiento limitado en el sitio, sin embargo, solicite estacionamiento adicional fuera del sitio que se encuentre a una corta distancia a pie Si necesita requisitos adicionales de estacionamiento o si tiene un automóvil de gran tamaño. We have stayed here many times and always enjoy it! Great to be right on the beach! Wendy is quick to respond and help out! Definitely a place to truly relax!

Just short of absolutely incredible

I'm pretty much convinced that there isn't a better location/view on the beach than this one. 10 feet from the beach, great view, and 2 blocks from a bunch of shops and dinner spots!The rental was very clean and very nice!What fell short of perfection for us was..1. Had to use hotspot on our phone's the entire time because the wifi speed was about 2 mbps and wouldn't load anything for us2. A/c was pretty rough. We got lucky with cooler weather in the evenings and kept the wondows open, she had lots of fans to help keep us cool.3. This one is a little nitpicky but the honey-do list prior to check out seemed a little unnecessary with cleaner's showing up right after checking out. My griping aside this listing was great and my wife and I had a great time!!

Girl's trip

Location location location!! Amazing stay.. beach was beautiful walking distance to everything we wanted and needed. Can't wait to return again to AMI. Wendy was a wonderful hostess.

Great stay

The place was perfect for what we needed- close to the beach, in walking distance of coffee, good views, lots of clean linen, a full sized washer and dryer in unit (!). Only thing I would recommend is a respray/ trap for ants (its Florida, bugs are always a given). There appear to be a small colony of small black ants living behind the backsplash in the kitchen. Would definitely return.

Romantic Weekend Away

Was the perfect place for my wife and I's anniversary weekend away. Wonderful view of the Gulf; restaurants and activities only a walk or [free] trolley ride away. We were so relaxed leaving, we accidentally left our swimwear in the dryer. Thankfully the Host was very responsive to any of our questions and we were able to coordinate getting those back to us after our departure. Appreciated that! Overall, highly recommend. We are considering bringing our kids sometime in the future!

Dream Location

After 4 days of kids and Disney, we stayed in one of the beach homes for a few nights. It was heavenly! My husband and I mostly sat on the patio looking at the beach. Private and wonderful. There were beach chairs you could bring down to the water if you wanted. Great outdoor chairs and recliners. Everything you would need. Even a paddle board to use. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants. Took the free trolley to get a tour of the island. You can catch it very close. Met some really nice people on the trolley. Will definitely stay again. Host was very nice. We didn't need anything! Thanks Wendy!

Perfect location

House was in a perfect location, steps to shops & of course, right on the beach. We have a 9 y/o son and I could sit on the deck & watch him walk downstairs to meet his dad on the beach right below us. We stayed for 4 days & saw no need to rent a car. Everything you could need was within very short walking distance. I really loved this area and loved not having to drive anywhere. If you plan to cook or eat at the house, there’s a Circle K you can buy basic stuff at right down the street. Otherwise, there’s a Publix about 15-20 min away. Maybe next time, we’d order grocery delivery on the day of arrival. I would definitely return to this house. Thank you!

Location is great. Place is clean. Water pressure is not good at all. Bathroom sink only trickled out. Other than that very nice rental.

This is a cute spot right on the ocean! The view is spectacular! We could walk to just about anywhere we needed to go! We already booked for next year! Can’t wait !!!!

Perfect Honeymoon

My Wife and I cannot say enough about how amazing this unit was! Wendy was very helpful with any questions we had and was very quick to respond as well! Perfectly located just a few second walk from the beachfront, a beautiful view on the balcony where we spent every morning drinking coffee and playing cards while listening to the ocean. The unit was very well equipped with everything we could have needed and was also very comfortable in all aspects! If and when we ever return to Anna Marie Island, this will be the first place I look to book!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunsets and right on the beach. Beach was never crowded. Short Walt to our favorite restaurants.

Dreamboat

Rental is in the perfect location, right on the beach and across from Bridge street so really don't need to drive anywhere. Wonderful balcony overlooking the Gulf. Wendy answered all of my questions promptly. Only things that could be better is a better designated parking spot for this rental (although we were able to park in a different spot which was just fine) and there needs to be a towel rod/hooks/over the door hanger in the bathroom to hang up towels.

Small Honeymoon Getaway

My HUSBAND (I can say that now) and I stayed here for a small Honeymoon getaway. Very clean, tons of “little things” (that went a long way) provided such as, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas etc. Wendy was excellent to communicate with and we will certainly be back! The Bootz Family 💕
