Gulf Breeze B ... directo del Golfo frente de 2 dormitorios, 2 unidad de baño ubicado en el edificio de cuatro unidades. En el nivel inferior, a sólo 1 tramo de escaleras. Alegre, decoración luminosa, Internet de alta velocidad, teléfono, cable, microondas, lavavajillas y lavadora y secadora.

Nunca se necesita salir de la isla para encontrar diversión y relajación. Nuestra isla está a sólo 7 millas de largo y no más de unas pocas cuadras de ancho, que te deja con los sonidos de las olas y las visiones de la puesta del sol en cada lugar. Disfrutan de un día en la playa y ver a los niños jugar en la arena. Caminar por las playas vírgenes y cenar en restaurantes galardonados, disfrutar de sándwiches mero frescas en un muelle y martinis bebiendo mientras disfruta de música en vivo. Wonderful spot for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids age 11 & 7). Beach access / view is perfection. Easy to walk to places or just hang out and cook for yourself. Will absolutely come back!

This rental was awesome! The location was excellent. It was an unobstructed beach front property where you can hear the waves crash against the shore. We were able to walk right out to the beach and enjoy a day on the white sand and blue water. The place was very clean and very easy to access. We will most definitely be back to this beautiful property.

Sunset paradise! This property was perfect in every way. This house was a house on the sand and We would stay here again for sure. 10/10 location and 12/10 view! 1 downfall, there was nothing in the way of “beach stuff.” No chairs, umbrellas, noodles or anything. We bought several things and left it there… overall, this place was perfect for us.

Beautiful condo with the beach right at your steps doesn’t get any better than this. 360 views from all windows loved our stay would definitely recommend and return. Thank you!

Girl trip

The house was very nice. The steps were a little challenging for me but we wanted that perfect beach location. The single beds are for children, not adults. But again, we wanted that location. We had 3 adults in our group. Very quiet private beach. Great views of sunset every night. Trolley stop is about 2 blocks away.

Great location!!

My husband and I spent a week in Oct 22. We love all that Anna Maria Island has to offer, and this was a great location. Directly on the beach with sunset views every night. Walking distance to two beach restaurants and plenty of markets around to stock up. The unit was clean and the perfect size for two or four. The fans did not seem to work well but the AC was fine. We spent most of our time outside anyway. Loved our stay! We will return😊

Condo on the beach

Wonderful being right on beach, which made up for being so close to the road. Walking in either direction was a joy each day. Beach chairs were not provided, per the description, but bringing our own took up a lot of car space. We had a couple minor issues we told property management about on check in, and both were taken care the next day! We had a wonderful time.

Overall nice place but certain hassles

Overall this was a good place to stay. It was cute and clean and had a nice view of the beach. Anna Maria Island is pleasant and is close to many things to do. There are a couple of things to be aware of. First of all, there is a rather large extra fee for paying by credit card which should have been disclosed in the listing, and it was a bit of a hassle getting the payments sorted out. Also, there was some noise in the unit. We could hear the tenants in the unit above us walking around and doing things, and the condo is also next to a rather busy street with some traffic noise.

Old and outdated condo

The property we booked got cancelled due to repairs. The rental agency gave us the option of a refund or another property. My husbands father passed away on the 19th of december so we really needed to get away. The property we were given has not been updated for 30 years or more. It was on the beach and a nice view but that was all it offered. I went to agency and told them of my unhappiness. They even gave us a key that did not work and was locked out of condo for 3 hours. All Mike Norman Agency said was...sorry. we were very displeased with what we paid for

July 2019

The property was easy to book and exactly as advertised. As mentioned before the location is fantastic and exactly why you are there. Your back patio over looking the water is shared with the neighbor but with some separation, you do have to walk onto their half to use the spiral staircase. We picked up our keys after hours and that went smoothly. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time, we are native Floridians and have never stayed to close to the beach. The unit had plenty of room for our family of five, it was nice that the 'kids' room with twin beds was a little separate from the living and master. Husband and I talked about coming back just the two of us at some point and leaving the teens at home! My only suggestions are: maybe more information about parking at the property. Signs say assigned/designated parking but it's up to the guests to figure out where and how. When we arrived in the dark others were blocking the parking area with tents from the beach. The sofa bed is really not sleepable. Bring a blow up mattress to put on top of it or on the floor. Our 17 year son old couldn't even manage it; it slopes backwards, has no support or cushion to it.

Peaceful and superb view!

We arrived and the pictures were very accurate to the live view! It was very clean and very relaxing! There were plenty of things to use and a few groceries and we were set!!

Great Place & Incredible Ocean Views

This was my first VRBO and first time to stay in a condo instead of a hotel. I would definitely recommend this property. The only thing you need to consider about this place is if you stay on the first floor, there is no way to get your luggage or yourself up the the condo except for the stairs. The top level has a luggage elevator though. It would not be a good place for anyone that cannot handle stairs well. The neighbors across the street were very noisy, but you couldn’t hear them unless you were outside. That place had multiple units and a pool and loud music by the pool. Otherwise, this was a top-notch place with great room, cleanliness and ocean views.

Perfect Oceanfront Condo with views of Bradenton Beach

The condo was great, plenty of room for 4 (though we only had 2). Comfortable, unbeatable views from both the porch and the living room, and fairly well equipped (no beach chairs though...bug bummer). Mngt Co. was easy to contact and responsive. Location wasclose enough to Bridge St to walk, though it seems like a bit of a hike at night.

Mother/Daughter Annual Vacay!

The condo is perfect! The views from this property are amazing! What a treat to sit out on the deck and watch the sunset. We brought our beach chairs from home and took the out to the beach each day. We also rented a golf cart to load up and buzz up to Manatee Beach and down to Coquina and the beach market they have on Wednesday and Friday. I would not recommend Fun & More for a golf cart as it was a horrible experience. Stick with Beach Bums! We had dinner at Waterfront, Beach House and Sandbar. Best food was Waterfront, don’t miss the baked Brie. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and having a washer dryer to keep things washed up was fantastic! Nothing better than going home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! The property management was very delightful and helpful. We were able to get a late checkout which made my mother’s 4PM flight easier to manage. We will rent this unit again. Perfect location, quiet and great beach. Two thumbs up!!

Beach getaway

Coming from snowy Montana we were delighted to be in Florida in a great beach spot so close to the ocean. The condo did not disappoint and the neighbors we met were delightful. We booked again next year.
