Boasting 3 bedrooms, leave the beach shack behind as this home is ideal for the family with living areas (2) bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (2) (spa bath in main) on both levels catering for families of all ages, WIFI included. Upstairs has a stunning kitchen and large living/meals area equipped with slow combustion fireplace and air conditioning. The north facing outdoor deck opens seamlessly from the living room where you'll enjoy a morning coffee or a BBQ of an evening. Plenty of room out the back for the kids to play, if you're looking for a home away from home this summer that's just 2km from the O'Donohue Beach then this home will not disappoint. Pets accepted on request.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
Keysafe located at the property, guest will receive their keysafe at 9am on the day of arrival, as long as rental agreement and ID form has been filled out prior.
